I have called several times. If the phone line doesn't hang up on me before it even gets to the automated menu, I get the wrong person with the extension I chose and then when I finally get to the right person, they don't answer and they never return my calls. How can anything get done if the phone line is out of order? Are they just ignoring everyone right now? What's the deal?!
