Plain great coffee. I have purchased twice their green coffee beans and roasted my own with a small air roaster. The Columbia Supremo is wonderful. I tried the American blend and like it very well, too. The Costa Rico is exceptional also. Service is extremely fast. I picked it up at their store in Tampa and it was packaged very professionally and all ready exactly as stated. Saved on shipping that way. Prices are exceptionally reasonable. Makes home roasting very affordable and enjoyable. Thanks for continuing to service small home roasters. Some of the best coffee I have had at a price that cannot be beat. Try it.

Tampa has been gaining a reputation for Great Coffee Roasters. . I have been buying Coffee Beans From Caracolillo Coffee Mill for over 20 years. I must say it's quite an experience. This so-called Coffee evolution happening in the World has one of the Best Gourmet Coffee Bean roasters In Tampa Florida..And for those of you searching for a True Coffee Roaster ,.Caracolillo Coffee Mill. Has the experience of 4 Generations look no further than CCM. Its the passion and Knowledge of what a good bean is. Julian finds it to be a favor to express any concerns you have. Yes, their Espresso Roasted Beans are very good. I also have to say that their shipping is so good that I've seen my order conformation sent to me with tracking within several minutes, which is a bit surprising since I often order on the weekend. Typical order for me is 10 lbs of Espresso beans and 20 pounds of their pre-ground espresso which is good too. It's where I buy my coffee. Success!

Green Coffee Beans! Don't have a roaster? To roast all you need is 15 minutes, good ventilation, a propane burner, a cast iron skillet and a metal spatula. To remove chaff afterwards lightly toss in front of a fan. If you have an IR thermometer take it to between 410 - 440 degrees F.

The best coffee at the best price. I now live in Dallas, TX now and still order all my coffee from this excellent Tampa institution. I always compare the per oz price of coffee I find in the store, and have yet to find ANY high quality coffee that even comes close to beating them on price, even with shipping factored in. And where else can you go to buy a bag of beans from every major coffee producing region on earth? I personally recommend their Kenyan and the Cost Rican beans, but truthfully everything they sell is great.

Caracolillo Coffe is roasted fresh right here in Tampa, and is very very good.
I keep asking them to make a NON Espresso Grind for those of us who drink Drip Coffee.
I buy the original Espresso Grind Caracolillo Coffe, and mix it 50/50 with Maxwell House Dark Roast, It tastes great, and works fine in a Drip Coffeemaker.

The best, most robust brand of Cuban coffee using drip method. This allows the grinds to "soak" in the water, releasing the rich flavor.

We waited in line for 15 minutes on a cool AUG Sunday. I absolutely love the layout of this coffee bar. There are really cool seats outside - almost big blocks of smooth wood stacked casually on top of each other, creating some multi-tiered seating for coffee sippers. Inside is cool too, it looks like a Caracolillo Coffee Mills! Some seats are typical bar stools or tables, and there's also a big stone bench with cushions that people can grab to sit on. This place really does ooze "cool" from every pore.

If you love copy then this is the only place in Tampa to buy it freshly roasted and amazingly delicious. Several great choices are available and it's easy just purchase online and stop by to pick up your order when you get the note that it's ready. And did I mention the prices are fantastic!

I have used CCM for years, to buy a whole green coffee beans to roast at home in a countertop roaster. Their service is impeccable, and their selection very broad. I have never had a complaint.

Best coffee I ever had and the variety is superb! Less expensive than buying in the stores and so much better. I use the fresh roasted beans in my Mill and Brew coffee maker, nothing like fresh ground coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!

I have always loved coffee, but I decided to take it to another notch and get fresher beans and grind my own right before I brew. Finding Caracolillo has been the real score. I have tried a 5 of the beans and all are fresh, great taste! Local is best for sure!! I was turned on to CCM Coffee by a colleague who lived in FL and have been ordering from them for years. The French roast is my favorite and is always of the highest quality and flavor. Pound for pound the price can't be beat for premium coffee. It always arrives very quickly, and I like getting the tracking number immediately. Excellent source for premium coffee!
