Asked to exchange a pendant in white gold purchased and marked JC on the back for yellow gold-same pendant told no would have to purchase another in that color of gold. Shown on their webpage also. Poor communication and response time as I tried to explain 3 times that this was an exchange not a new purchase. Other Jewelry stores in Jackson Hole are friendlier and more accomodating to loyal buyers.
My husband and I had our wedding rings made here last year and were thrilled with the quality of the rings and the customers service at the time. We incorporated an inlay of elk ivory from my husband's first trophy elk into both our designs. At the time of designing the ring, my husband was informed that over the lifetime of the ring the inlay of ivory may break and need to be replaced, but that it would at most happen once or twice.
After wearing my ring for less than a year, the elk ivory broke and feel out of the ring. No significant damage or accident caused this to happen. We took the ring in to have the ivory replaced. At that time, we were informed that this was very common and with normal wear would happen probably once a year for the life of the ring. We were charged for both the labor and the replacement ivory. The repair took close to a month, which is very frustrating if in fact this is going to happen every year. I am very disappointed in this change in tune concerning the durability of the inlay of the elk ivory because we would not have go that route if that was disclosed at the time of design.
Have stopped to visit this jeweler every time I come to Jackson (at the time of this review this is my 7th trip) and every time I visit im welcomed with warm greetings and great customer service, plus the jewelry itself is awesome. I have had pendants that have lasted me over a decade so far without a scratch. Couldnt recommend this place more

I fell in love with a pendant on JC Jewelers website but I had a couple of questions about it. I emailed the store and Angela quickly responded. I ordered the pendant and added a chain. The whole process was so quick and so easy. Angela was very helpful. I will definitely order from JC Jewelers again in the future and I will definitely visit their store the next time I m in Jackson.

JC Jewelers has some amazing jewelry choices. And they do ring resizing! I brought in a unique ring and the lady at the desk wasn't sure if they d be able to size it down as much as I wanted but they sized it down 3 sizes and only for $40!

I have purchased a few small items from them, but more often tend to ask them to fix jewelry or come up with a solution to make sure the peices I own are sturdy. I seldom post reviews, but Angela's superb customer service deserves recognition. It was easy to have my wedding ring removed and sent for resizing.The price was very reasonable, too. One store said they, "...would get back to me," which they never did. If you need an honest, reliable jeweler to appraise your items for insurance purposes, JC Jewelers is the place to go (although they are currently booked to Feb. 2020). I received a package today from JC Jewelers. Like a little kid it was an early Christmas gift and could not wait until I opened it. After opening the fourth box there was a beautiful pair of elk ivory earrings and an elk ivory pendant. JC Jewelers did an awesome job and would highly recommend this store . We traveled to Jackson hole wy on vacation. I had brought with me a turquoise ring I had purchased in Santa Fe nm years ago which had lost a stone. No jeweler in my area would work with it. Angela sent my ring out to two different jewelers to find the perfect match and then shipped it to my home. I can t say enough about the customer service of this business. And their original Titon jewelry is beautiful as well.

Currently having my engagement ring sized at this company. My Fiance dropped it off about a month ago and they gave us a "PROMISE date" of October 24th. On October 24th they said it wouldn't be ready until October 28th. Then they call again and say it won't be ready until November 1st. Their "promises" are not kept. And for charging almost $150 to size a ring one size up, they should have it done in two-three weeks TOPS. Or at least notify you before hand that they have lazy employees that forget to include rings in a shipment causing your ring to be a week and a half late. Sorry not sorry
Lovely shop with unique jewelry for all price points. The sales associate was so sweet and helpful, she helped me pick out a great gift for my 16 year old and showed me several beautiful and unique pieces for me, not pushy in any way, very knowledgeable and honest. I was there on 4-20-19 and wish I could remember her name! Great experience and so excited for new pieces!!
