CONTRACTORS BEWARE! this company has a history of not paying! I was contracting for this company and they failed to pay me - they lied about what was happening then changed their name to XYZ123 and went into administration owing thousands. subsequently re-opened as a version of balfor recruitment / healthcare /education etc etc... a classic phoenix company. check their records on companies house - its all there.

Terrible company, get you to have an interview last minute. When you call asking for feedback they ignore your emails calls and texts. Would not recommend them to any one

Balfor found me work really quickly and Scott is lovely to work with. He phoned me after work the first few days to check how I was doing at the school and is always trying to find me other schools to get experience in.

This company has been efficient, professional and very helpful. Great staff very friendly and always on the ball. Ashley was particularly helpful and was very polite and professional. Would recommend this place to anyone needing work in the health sector

Great staff and welcoming atmosphere! I have loved working with Balfor. They found me quality work in a very short period of time. Callum and Steve have both been so helpful and positive that I have had awesome teaching experiences at great schools.

So calling me an 'internet troll' is professional is it? It's a shame you didn't deal with me in a professional way.... made my way from Wolverhampton for an interview for a coaching job in school, interview went well, spoke to a lady initially called Katrina, and then a man who was called Scott Russell. Very good conversations with both and Scott was very informative and helpful about a potential job in a school and was helpful in understanding that I don't drive and was searching for Wolverhampton area jobs rather than Birmingham based jobs. That is where the good and helpful points stopped. After I was awaiting copies of some documents needed for the job (of which I did inform them about), I was continually being helpful in letting them know about the current status of my documents etc, I finally had some missing documents to send over and sent them via email, however I heard nothing back after a few emails I had sent over and also had no reply when leaving messages via telephone. No reply after my initial interview bar one email from a lady named Louise which was about my documents. All in all not a very good experience for myself who loves sport and loves coaching, and was really looking forward to taking my first steps into a career in coaching.

I got referred by a friend to this agency, my agency worker is Scott, I couldn t of asked for anyone better, sorted out anything I needed, reassured me on anything I was concerned about, very good service from him!
