Do not move in to Malden Towers. Place is disgusting and management is a complete joke. I will be breaking my lease soon and moving out. They also charge 2 months rent to break lease which they won't be getting.
Beautiful apartments, unfortunately I never got to see them. Their leasing office is so unresponsive. I must have left almost 10 messages over a month and a half. Never got a single call back. Can t even get simple information like availability and features.
Very poor customer service persons I encountered at the office.
Absolutely horrid. They run me in circles, give me phone #s that are not in service, lie about availability and some of thier apartment complexes are filthy (bedbugs and roaches) and run by toxic, bullying. Don't do business with Carabetta. 2 thumbs down. Also thier receptionists are not intelligent and rude.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I was calling to schedule tours and the woman who picked up would repeatedly transfer me without saying anything to me who I would be speaking to. After 4 times of this I finally called and just tried asking if there was an extension I could write down so I wouldn t have to keep bothering her. I was cut off every single time I tried to speak and spoke to in a way no one seeking costumer service should be spoke to. I wanted to get her name so I could speak to someone about her, but she ended the call before I had the chance to get out a word.
It's okay responsible just that some times they give the apartment to noisy people who have no consideration for others
I applied two months ago, they ran my credit and never contacted me. I ve called and left three messages and no one has called me back. I tried to ask the receptionist to relay my message to the person in charge of processing applications. She told me no, that I need to leave another message and wait for her to return my call even though at that time it had been 5 weeks since i put in an application and i had already left messages on her machine that she did not return. The receptionist continued to be rude and unhelpful. All I wanted was the status of my application. They are very unprofessional.
Site works well. Easy to process payments. Great support if you do have any questions.
Worse place! Because they are cheap and that's why people live there. Otherwise, I don't see any other reason, why people live there. I can give you tons of evidences, if you have required one.
Applied for an apartment 2 months ago, was told they had availability for July. Last time I sent an email was 5/20/21 after 3 ignored emails. Today is 6/22/21 and I just received an email saying there s no July availability. That s great! I found an apartment a month ago with a leasing agent / complex who actually responds. How Samantha Le Bron has a job is besides me. But don t waste your time with these clowns. Absolute joke.
