Never in my life will I ever go they car credit city ever again in my life worse car place around

thank u i have looked online and they dont even list their prices for cars, ive read and heard the horror stories, red flags all the way. no way will i consider this place

Only reason why I m giving a 1 star is bc there was a lady that worked there and said if your in need of a vehicle and have no other option we can help you pretty much telling me I was warned when I walked in. I ve had my truck for 6 years through them then they tell me to refinance through first community credit union I don t know why but my interest rate went down a bit from 50% I was paying from ccc I m still paying on the vehicle from them and the place is shut down in Fairview heights. Thank god that place Is shut down i wouldn t send anyone there to be honest.

This place is a joke!!!!......They have false advertisement on the $500 down. I was told that this is only on managers specials. Well that is not what your ad states! Once approved I was told the amount that was required as a down payment and it was more than double the $500. Then the payments would be higher than that for a new car for 4 years. By the time the thing was paid off, I could have paid for a brand new luxury car and only gotten a 2002 piece of junk......Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was young and foolishly jumped out there and got one of their cars that i really couldn't afford. It was 2012 and I got a 2005 pontiac grand prix. I think the price was like 14,999. The interest rate was about 29%. My note was $205 every two weeks. The way it worked out about $160 of each payment went towards interest alone. With the full coverage insurance they required that car cost me over $700 a month. After a year I couldn't do it anymore and I gave it back. The resold the car and wanted me to pay the difference. They took me to court. I was supposed to file bankruptcy on it but the people I paid got shut down so I lost about $700 there. They garnished me from August 2015 to June, 1 2018. They took about $100 a week plus some $8 co. Fee. I just filed chapter 13 to stop it. That car cost me around $20,000, it was probably worth half that, and I didnt even get to keep the car.

I bought a 2001 Hyundai elantra for $12,000. I have no idea what I was thinking. On top of that they can only guarantee the car with a 30 day warranty and a 7 day trade in. Firestone does whatever it takes in order to keep your car running until that 30 day warranty has ran its course. I have known my car needed a new transmission when firestone rigged it enough to keep it running. Now my warranty is up I am being charged to put a new transmission in the car. On top of everything, four other people that purchased a car that day were at firestone for inspection(including me). Everyones speedometer read 114,000. I am trying my best to get this place shut down as we speak.

These ppl on these comments are crazy!!! I Love ccc car's The BeST in TOWN I bought a 2013 Hyundai sonata and my note was only 800 every two weeks!!!!! The car ran awesome!!! The car was only 113,000

This company of lawyer investors prey on people who need vehicles to work. DON'T BUY FROM CAR CREDIT CITY!!! You've been warned!

This place should be avoided at all costs!! You will pay 3x the worth a a vehicle. If you are 1 day late on your payment they have a security feature that turns your car off and you cannot drive it. They will contact you multiple times a week until you make a payment, but are almost impossible to get ahold of. I wish I would have never gone through this company. I could be driving a brand new vehicle for what I pay here on a 2005!

Never buy a car from this place, first of all I will say they screwed me over so hard. I had my car for 1 year and bought it for 13000 dollars (2005 hyundai elantra) In total I would have paid 22000 for the car. I was desperate and needed a car. At 31 days the car broke down. (funny how it happened like this, they only offer a 30 day warranty for a car you will make payments on for 5years. Then they make you fix it only at Firestone and charge you an extra arm and a leg. After about a year of making payments on this I lost my job (they say they will work with you but they will not) I was one week late on my payment and they decided to tow my car. Okay now keep this in mind I had never been late on my payment before and called and told them I would be late. All in all they decided to tow my car and tell me that I now owed them a balance of 26000 dollars. wait WHAT? I had been paying 500.00 every two weeks for the past year and now they decide that I owe them over 10000.00 more then what I started out with? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SORRY THEIVES! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT SO BADLY YOU WILL HAVE TO GET GARNISHED WAGES OR FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY!

The 2004 Chevrolet trailblazer my dad bought has a crack exhaust manifold and a dead transmission after 2 years of owning the vehicle

Wow. I had just saw the commercial on tv with the Catchy song and decided to look em up...smh... but with all these negative reviews, I'll stay far away from ccc. I took my cousin to get a car from there and all I kno is he voluntarily gave the car back. It was a 08 Malibu. And he always complained about the payments lol.

They get one whole star! Mainly because there is a lady named Jamie that works there. SHE is positive and helpful, maybe the ONLY person there that is. If you like to be lied to, talked down to by Kristie from customer service, and made to feel like crap, then Car Credit City is the place for you! This amazing place may even make your credit do what you hear in the commercial, or the opposite. I just want to leave the positive review so others can get that same 1 star treatment I got. I wonder what we have to do to get 2 star treatment.

I love this location. I have been going to them for 5 years and they take good care of me. Matt is one of the mechanics/manager and he treats me well everytime.
