Have been contacting captain green for over 2 week...

Have been contacting captain green for over 2 weeks on a daily basis to get installation date however there is absolutely no communication even after multiple phone calls and emails. Very poor customer service

The installers where great very neat, clean and professional.
They made the solar experience very easy and the system works great saving us alot of money. First bill gave us $50 credit instead of $1100 bill.

Customer service is a disgrace. They badger you when looking for a sale but once they have your money they stall and 4 months after paying the deposit and having electrical distributor approval I am still waiting for an install. They continue to give me install dates yet no one shows up and worst of all no one contacts you from this company. It appears it is being run by three people who dont know what they are doing and one is obviously a ex car salesman of ill repute based on his unprofessional manner . Run as far away from this company as you can!

Totally Professional from the outset talking to Tony in Sales and negotiation for the Solar Systems of our choice at a very competitive price and the short time frame in having the Installation done by Johnathon and his co workers at David Craig who did a great Job in an efficient,professional manner and they were very neat and tidy with all work and their communication was very good. Completely satisfied with the whole Project and all we are waiting for is for the Electricity Provider to do their work so as we can enjoy the benefits .

I recommend Captain Green. Good price, top system, no nonsense, professional right through the process. Installers we're knowledgeable and the job done to my requirements in half a day. All warranty paperwork in place, never had to chase them for anything! Good company.

Thank You for the great service provided Captain Green. You stepped in when our Original Installer Solaray failed to live up to expectations with No, NO after Sales Service. Captain Green went beyond my expectations when they arrived to Inspect and Quote for Hail Damaged Solar Panels something that Solaray refused to do. I am a happy customer and will gladly do business with this Company again. Well Done guys.

Captain Green staff were very professional and answered all my questions about going solar, the installers came around 8am and were finish by about 2.30pm, I highly recommend this company, they were a little more expensive than some companies offering cheaper deals but I got what I paid for and didn't get ripped off or mucked around with install dates So Captain Green was my Captain Obvious to go with...you won't be sorry

Paid for fronius 5kw inverter and 22 jinko 300w black panels. System is maxing out and I've seen up to 42kwh generated per day on a western roof. Was getting paid for solar within a week of installation! The local installer was fantastic. No conduits on the outside of my house and the pannels positioned on the roof as neat as possible. Very happy so far!

Very happy with our recent experience - Damien from Captain Green was patient with all my questions and worked through many options with me before I was happy with the final decision. The system was installed without issue about 4 weeks after signing the contact. Looking forward to seeing how it goes

In the end, they came through with a great system. My only fault post instal, was the default settings on the inverter were for some South American country, weird. With help from Captain Green and SolaX in Melbourne, all was sorted and the whole system is now fine, great, better then expected. I waited 6 weeks for energy supplier to get the smart meter installed - no fault of Captain Green - and now I am starting to earn money, even in winter! All good in the end. Happy customer.

The overall experience was disappointing. Good communication until the contract signing and then onwards needed lot to f prompts to get things done. Installation team was a third party and they didn t have any commitment to the actual company the consumer dealing with (Captain Green Solar). Got a Fronius inverter, the installation team refused to setup online access for the consumer, quoting that s not their job.
A Fronius smart meter was purchased separate and the installer agreed to include it in the installation for additional $120, the same got installed but not properly. Because I didn t get any help in setting up the internet access for the inverter the mistake wasn t understood until later. The entire load of the house need to pass through the new smart meter in order to calculate the consumption. Instead of this the Electretion only connected one out of the four lines, which later fixed by another Electretion for $100.
Agreed to send us a $100 eftpos card on completion of the installation which still not arrived despite few reminders.
Asked the case manager to send the original completion certificate in the mail many weeks ago, the same still not arrived. Today marks a month from the installation and so far not a single person from the company contacted us regarding the installation or the performance of the system.

This makes the whole experience a disappointing one.
Six of my friends planning to install solar on their roof now and asked me about the company I chose, unfortunately I don t recommend Captain Green Solar to them or anybody else. I feel sorry for the other four friends of mine who signed up with me with this company.

Initially things looked good sales guy was good. 6weeks wait, 5 weeks they installed panels (no inverter apparently out of stock - despite my order?)
Panels installed 6th April 2017, I was promptly followed up to make payment for balance BUT I don't have a system lady said oh why not we weren't told that. since I have called 6 times and each time been told I'd get a call back???? Only on the 6th call did I actually get a call back after explaining my frustration but yet again the commitment to complete install on Thursday OR today Captain Green has failed

Installers seemed ok, call manner good service and accountability / commitment massive FAIL.

Excellent service. Good understanding of client requirements. Technically strong installer. Some reservations about the software on the Zeversolar inverters supplied with the system but only with regard to bugs in the data reporting capabilities.
