Capriccio Salon & Day Spa Review

Hati is my stylist but everyone in there is great as well. If you have natural hair I strongly recommend you go we the girls at Capriccio Salon.

Best hair salon in Raleigh. They take good care of their customers. I wouldn't trust my young daughter's curly hair with anyone else.

I have been coming here for 5 years. My hair growth is amazing. I get a blowout with Haydee every 2 weeks. I never have to wait to be see at my appointment time. Everyone is very nice and friendly. It's a family owned business. This is a very welcoming place. On the rare occasions Haydee couldnt do my hair, I had the option of being seen by the other stylists. I drive 40 minutes every 2 weeks to come here because it is worth it.

I have been coming to this salon for 8-9 years and there is a reason for that. Once I find something that treats me like luxury nd takes genuine care in my well-being, there is no reason to look further. Haydee has been my stylist for the majority of those years. She is the best.

She had been trying to get me to do the keratin treatment for years but I was always so scared that A) I would have to stop getting perms. B) It would be unmanageable and C) because of all of the horror stories I'd read. But the kertin treatment has come so far over the years. I've been getting them done for almost two years and my hair is the longest it's ever been. I've been fully natural for 1.5 years. That was after transitioning for 2 years and Haydee took very good care of both textures as I was going through the journey. She did my big (small) chop and I haven't looked back.

The keratin doesn't ruin my curl pattern. It reverts right back as soon as it's washed and my hair follicles are stronger than ever. I hardly EVER shed.

This salon is the best. The keratin treatment, I love! And the experience is here is worth every penny! Family owned and beautiful people. Everyone that works there is incredible. I'll never think of going anywhere else.

I went in the other day and the women that work in here are so mean....their were some security guard that came in to introduce herself and the hair stylist was SOOOOOO mean to her....the security guard asked if everything was ok and that she wanted to let them know she was present....but the hairstylist said nothing and ignored her.also the hairstylist was not pleasant to me and I was very nice to her.The hairstylist told me that the hairstyle I wanted didn't suit me well and that I couldn't afford it.I was very upset.Not a good Salon....at all....

All of the stylists we're professional and extremely sweet. My hair was a color disaster and my stylist April did a fantastic job correcting it and then giving me the color and style I wanted. I've never had a better color and cut anywhere else. I won't go to a another salon as long as I live in NC.

I trave from Charlotte just to her my hair done by Hiedi, but everyone in there is super friendly and the atmosphere is so great. Very welcoming and a talented group of ladies. I have never been disappointed.

I love Heidi and her mom! I've been going to all of their locations for years when they were called Sunni's! They are great people and very professional. They really promote healthy hair!

My daughter had the biggest knot in her hair to the point it dreaded up, and was so scared of how painful it would be to get out. This was her first time at Capriccio and now we are customers for life! The salon is so clean and the staff was very nice! I can t tell you how AMAZING our stylist, Janet, was! She was so gentle and took her time to cut as least as possible to save my daughters hair. She made sure she was doing ok throughout the two hour process. I will be forever grateful for her! Great Salon! I've been a regular for 8 years. Great service and the technicians are very knowledgeable in hair care. During this pandemic this salon has taken every precaution to make you feel safe and comfortable.
