I contacted CY sales agent during the Christmas's Break not really knowing how the Perth market would receive my property for either sale or lease. I met the highly professional CY team at first and they got me through all aspects of the sale campaign with time frame and cost versus lease appraisal. I was delighted to receive insightful comments during the sale process, have a clear financial overview on two options and eventually gain confidence with decision to make. After a 5 weeks campaign, I ended up with both offers and tenant applications to decide on and chose on the strongest option with a five years projection. Thank you Helen and Liliana!

As a tenant with CY for the last 3 years, I have been treated very well by the whole team, but especially Rimu Hill. Any query was dealt with professionally, promptly and with minimal disturbance. Rimu was a great medium between the owner and myself and I had zero issues for the whole of my tenancy. The next time I need a rental property, I'll definitely be looking at CY first.
