Unprofessional, incompetent, and degrading management; intentionally misrepresent records to "meet state requirements"; let go off counselors who actually know what they're doing and keep the ones who don't so they can pay them one dollar above minimum wage; and make their DDD staff work so many hours they get burnt out so easily that they don't take care of the clients as best as they can.
There are some counsellors who are inexperienced and go well beyond the patients personal boundaries and are so intrusive that they question every relation you have, esp if they are also a patient. They are disorganized and fail to keep current records of your medical urine screenings.
