Very unprofessional. For just a simple vinyl removal on a box truck it turned into a nightmare. We drop the truck off Friday morning and Monday afternoon they say they couldn't start the truck. Meanwhile the truck has brand new batteries and an alternator so someone had to leave something on like a radio or the lights but no one admitted to it. A total I don't care attitude, no apologies not even a credit card machine to pay. Will never use them again or recommend them

Capital Wraps did an amazing job for us and our 10 year anniversary event. From the floor decals, to the table tops, to the window signage, and the banners- they did fantastic work. The designers are innovative and had wonderful ideas, the Project Managers were helpful and friendly, and the installers were professional and tidy. Our event would have never looked so great if not for the team at Capital Wraps. We will definitely use them again!

I worked with CW for almost 2 years now and have been impressed with the service and quality of work. Always responsive, quick to execute, flex with our changing needs and very competitive pricing. Can work on any scale project and meet deadlines. Understand priorities and able to work unsupervised. Definitely added value for any project and highly recommended.

In July 2015 we ordered rear window wraps to install on several of our taxicabs. Our requirements were unusual in that we wanted perforated material with die cut letters. Capital Wraps Sales Department worked closely with us to make certain that they understood our unique instructions. Production staff prepared and sent samples for us to test. The pricing was 1/2 that of other quotes and now, in February 2016, the wraps still look great with no fading or peeling. We could not be more pleased with the service, the product and the pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Person driving their jungle themed wrapped car this morning on Hwy 70 & TW Alexdaner gives this company poor representation. They were dodging in and out of traffic at high rate of speed. If this is how you represent your company... how do you handle business? Reported you to the highway patrol.

Had an job to replace mini cooper stripes. They work with me to understand exactly what I wanted done without having to drive the car to them since I was from out of town. we set a date, I brought the car that day dropped it off and spent the day in Raleigh! As promise the car was done that afternoon. The Job was done correctly and turned out great! I would recommended Capital Wraps to anyone looking for wraps, or new stripes. they were very friendly!

Vehicle wraps, custom vinyl graphics, banners and more. Super friendly staff are very helpful and are willing to help you find the perfect look. Racing, business presentations, event displays... This shop does it all! Great experience.

I would not recommend Capital Wraps. Overall poor craftsmanship. Cut pieces and patchwork throughout the vinyl wrap. Paid $2400 plus dollars for a red wrap that came out orange. Installers also left a 6" cut on my side glass where they used the window as a cutting board. Disappointed.

I have had the fellows it capital wraps do all of my work ytucks for the last 4 years can't say enough great things about this company and the promptness and quality of work they put out of their shop I travel all the way from Toledo Ohio to have my work done on all my vehicles
