Easy and straight forward to deal with. Found what I wanted in a vehicle and made it all come together in pretty short order. I am not a big fan of buying vehicles but that has changed after making this deal.

I will from now on recommend Capital Ford to everyone, not only did they meet my needs, and wishes for my trade, but they went beyond that. Almost to the point I had to make sure it wasn t a joke or if they miss typed something. I am more then happy with Danilo and Joe. Will be coming back in the future for another truck. Sales staff was good. Service staff was okay. I've owned my truck for 3 years now so been there a few times. My only complaint is twice in the last year I brought my truck in for 2 separate issues that I needed fixed. Both times I was called and told my truck was ready but when I picked it up the issues were obviously not fixed and had to arrange to have my truck there a second time. I get people are not perfect but these are obvious issues a simple test drive would have noticed were not fixed - I never got off the lot either time. I have kids and when I don't have my truck I have to make alternate arrangements for school and activities which happen every day and night so it's a huge inconvenience to leave my vehicle overnight or bring it back a second time just because someone in the shop didn't check their work. With that said the staff was friendly and apologetic but two times in a row is not good. Both issues were resolved on the second try.

Update** - I was contacted by the shop foreman (Lyndon) who was very helpful and apologetic and said he would make this right. I was recently back in the shop for an unrelated issue that should have resulted in a bill of some type (Leaky hose and valve) but Capitol took care of everything for me to make up for my previous visit. I'm not perfect and I don't expect anyone else to be perfect - stuff happens and this is exactly how to make it right. Customer service should be like this everywhere. Everyone seemed to genuinely care and made sure I left happy. Also Id just like to say Jesse - The advisor who I typically drop off to was also very friendly and helpful getting things taken care of for me.

I refer Pratik Patel for his very prompt service. He didn't only gave a detailed comparison among different brands but also honest in providing translerant opinion. JOE URSZULAN is the man. From beginning to end he worked to get us what we wanted and needed for price, options and aftermarket products. He will work for you too! Our process started over a year ago with him specifically, and more than three total. Do your homework, know the product better than they do so you can have an informed conversation and challenge him. Joe has exceeded every expectation we had for a salesperson and by far the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Don t waste your time going to anyone else or any other dealer. I will follow Joe wherever he goes. We love our f350; test drove a number beforehand and knew what to expect both from the truck and Joe. You can expect best price, haggle if you must - it will be entertaining for sure. Joe s always ready to re-engage when you are!

Mike Miller did an excellent job showing us the selection of vehicles without feeling pressured to decide. He gave us the pros and cons of each vehicle. Treated me like I was an aunt. Both Mike and Sean Hale outlined several payment options to find the best one that suited me. At time of pick up Dyas was very thorough going over my new Explorer explaining how all the equipment and options worked. Awesome job by the whole team from sales, vehicle prep and delivery.

Waiting to see. Took 2013 vehicle in last month before warranty expired. Within two weeks noticed a leak on driveway. Thought it was oil filter. Took back today and find I have a 2100 bill for an air conditioning compressor. On a 4 year old premium vehicle? I've had twenty year old vehicles with working air conditioners. Service tech will talk to manager to see if anything can be done but from his perspective it wasn't leaking when I had it in so nothing he can do. Interesting when I was in a month a go and said with my luck something will start leaking next week. He said oh don't worry. You are a Lincoln owner and we give you guys a little more leeway. Not sure what he meant by that now. Sure sounded good at the time. Update. Well they came through. Will still have to pay a portion but it is reasonable. Nice that some flexibility was shown.

I have a maintenance package on my vehicle and I drive 200 km/ day. I have gotten three oil changes on my vehicle since I bought it. After the first one I came home and my husband noticed that the tires had not been rotated. The second time he took it, marked the tires and noticed they were not done again. He said something to the service manager and got them to take it back in and do it. The service manager said he would put it in the notes that we mark the tires and that there is a lot of highway driving done with this vehicle to ensure it doesn't happen again. The third time I took it and again marked the tires and they didn't get done again.

We bought our Dodge Town and Country a few months back and wow-It doesnt even seem like I am driving a van! We had custom leather seats done in black and white and the work that was done on the leather was fantastic! Ryan S helped us out and made sure to explain every little detail to us prior to puchasing. I didnt feel rushed when making my selection and Ryan made sure my purchase suited my families needs. Financing was also a breeze and everything was explained thoroughly and respectfully. 5 stars for EXCELLENT customer service and 5 stars for the Dodge Town and Country!

I will rate my experience from the time i was inquiring if i need to book for an appoinment for the free oil change. I called the hotline and was transferred 3x only to hear that everybody was busy, i will just be phoned back. Disappointed as I was, thinking that because it was free that i received that kind of service over the phone, i still thought of the letter that the rep sent me after i purchased the van, saying complete satisfaction up to the services i need. So what i did was to reply to that email sent by the rep but no reply. Then good thing i have his card so i texted him, no reply then i decided to call him. His first words were "anna, right?" So that only shows that he maybe received my messages. Anyway i let it go. So on the day of the oil change which i eventually knew i a first come first serve basis, in fairness to the rep, my boyfriend he helped him but the kind of enthusiasm and willingness to help when he was selling the van were not there anymore. My boyfriend said that he even seemed as if he was not that interested anymore. Then i came to thinking maybe i should have listened to my friend who referred you guys to me to go to a the rep that helped him. With all of this, i don't know if i will be back for repeat business. I am not sure, maybe I will change my mind but for now, i feel not valued.

Just make sure your lock key for locking lug nuts ...

Just make sure your lock key for locking lug nuts makes it back to your glove box after a tire rotation. I ended up with a flat tire an no lock key for my tires. Sure they offered to tow the vehicle and look after things, but ultimately who forgets to put a lock key back in the glove box. Pretty lame! We'll see how they deal with the $130 tab to get 3 lock lugs off. They "didn't have time" to do all 4 the following day and I was told to go ahead at my other dealership as they probably can get them off easier than they could. Just another runaround.

I had a great experience at Capital Ford Lincoln. Abbi was very sincere and helpful in helping find the vehicle best suited to me! I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to purchase a Ford prior to visiting the dealership but the vehicle I purchased ended up being the only vehicle I test drove. The whole team at sales and finance were great and I went home with a new vehicle in the same day. The finance team very thoroughly explained the payment process before buying and Abbi did a great job checking in to make sure I was happy with my vehicle after I purchased it as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I've been taking my vehicle to Capital Ford for repairs over the past 8 years and the experience was generally positive. However I found that the personal service has declined over time. My recent experience is somewhat negative as I had my vehicle back and forth over a period of 3 weeks (3 different fixes) related to the same issue. New problems occurred after each repair resulting in additional costs and further repairs being identified. I Decided to switch up after further issues occurred with my vehicle and found a local mechanic who identified the problem and fixed the issue at a cost that was less than 1/2 what Capital identified, the mechanic also identified another problem that was related to a previous fix done by Capital. I know every experience is different but a change was likely a good decision.

I appreciated the fact that nobody had tried to show me something that I wasn't interested in. Thank you Jonathan! Appreciate you for having the honesty in helping me make my own decision for what would suit me the best. A few days later I returned and before I knew it Jonathan and Jarrod had me trying my selected vehicle to test drive for the weekend. Ordered a Nautilus through Craig and Vyas. Nautilus was a new model and none had yet been delivered to any dealers so I had many questions about the specs and the various option packages. Craig and Vyas were always available to find the answers and made the buying experience enjoyable. Any time the vehicle had to return to Capital Kristin had my Nautilus picked up at home, provided a loaner vehicle and had my vehicle washed. I couldn't ask for any better customer service and convenience.

My wife and I were in need of a second vehicle. After mulling it over for a few months, I had created a short list of cars I thought would be suitable which included a Ford Fiesta. I had spotted in one on Capital's website and we went to look at it.

We arrived at the dealership and were promptly introduced to Philip. Even though we knew what we wanted we basically told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. He started pulling up cars that fit the bill, and ended recommending the 2013 Ford Focus as the Fiesta may have been what we wanted but it was not what we needed. It is worth noting I do not feel the Focus was recommended only in order to up-sell a bigger sale, the fact is the Fiesta we had came to look at would not fulfill our needs and Philip Identified that. We test drove a similar model Focus to the one we would be purchasing and decided this was the car for us. The one we wanted needed to be shipped in, and there was no pressure for us to drive off the lot in a car that evening.

We were then introduced to Darren Hollinger to help us out with financing. We had an interest rate which he needed to beat in order for us to merit financing the vehicle and he was able to do just that.

The car was still in the process of being shipped from out of Province. Philip provided us with weekly updates until the car arrived. We now have had the car for a few days and have been impressed by it so far.

I am not a Ford guy, I have never been a Ford guy and never thought I would be a Ford guy. Time will tell if my 2013 Focus makes me a Ford guy, but the experience I have had with Capital Ford Lincoln thus far has been nothing short of excellent, as their other reviews will tell you. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and accommodating, and I hope over time that I like my Ford enough to merit purchasing another vehicle from Capital Ford Lincoln because I have had nothing short of a stellar experience dealing with them. Other dealerships should take note of what Capital Ford Lincoln is doing for their customers. You should never have to dread interacting with a car dealership and at Capital Ford I do not think you ever will.

I had a particular vehicle in mind when I contacted the dealership online. The first person I conversed with was Randi Davis. She was very courteous and friendly. She answered the specific questions that I asked and guided me to the next step in the process of purchasing the vehicle. After pre-approval for financing by Martin Kaytor I was then introduced to Mike Miller who was very unlike the stereotyped car salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable and the whole process of dealing on a vehicle was without pressure or sales pitch mumbo-jumbo. The whole process took less than three hours from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I drove away in my 2011 Cadillac SRX. A very good experience and I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Capital Ford. Thank you Randi, Mike, Martin and Adrian.

I was just browsing a the Ford Edges and Matthew came to help me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and forthcoming with any and all information he knew about the Edge, its features, price, financing etc. If there was a question we asked that he wasn't sure of the answer, he quickly found out for us. I enjoyed working with him quite a bit. I wanted the vehicle in white and Capital didn't have any so Matthew called around the province to find me the one I wanted. He was great.
He also bought me floor matts as a baby gift as when I bought the Edge I was only one week away from the arrival of my baby girl. He made the experience of buying a new vehicle for my growing family good experience.

Adam Morrow was our salesman and he did great. We talked about what we were looking for in this vehicle and let him know we were not in a rush as we were looking for specific features. Adam kept looking and found us the right vehicle at the right price. Overall the service we received was outstanding right from the patience in searching for the right vehicle through negotiating the price and finalizing the deal.

My experience with Capital Ford was definitely a pleasant one! From the moment my husband and I came to the dealership the sales staff gave us space to look around and come inside at our choosing to have further conversations about purchasing a vehicle.

The sales representative worked with us to find something that met majority of our needs and within a price point we wanted to pay. Even after closing the sale they took the time to explain many new features on the truck and ensures it was clean and ready for us to take home that evening!

I was in Montana on my way to see the eclipse in C...

I was in Montana on my way to see the eclipse in Casper when a hose cracked. I lost power but the truck continued to run fine otherwise. There was a sound of rushing air coming from under the hood. I called Capital Ford with my information and was given great advice. It was safe to continue operating the truck, so my son and I were able to see the eclipse in Casper and return home before fixing the leak. I drove to Capital Ford yesterday morning without an appointment and dropped the truck off. By the time the shuttle dropped me of at home, I got a call from Capital. They had found the problem and had a quote for me. The work was complete by 12:30, about 3 1/2 hours after I dropped off. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Capital Ford! And so is my son.

I have had great experiences with the sales staff and will continue to do so but where they really excel is the truck shop. I have always been happy with the service, recommendations and quality of work. The advisors and techs are proud of their worknand have always stood behind everything they do. I bought a used vehicle from Capital Ford and there are no words to describe how great this experience was, unlike in other dealership they treat you like a friend and not like just another customer. Ryan helped us choose the best vehicle for our needs, after test driving quite a few vehicles he was very patient and helped us pick the most suitable vehicle for us, rather then the most expensive one. Overall, don't even bother going anywhere else, you will still end up coming back to Capital Ford.
