A bit of confusion at first as the fellow we were to meet was tied up in a meeting.
After sorting things out, we were well on our way with a loaner vehicle and our car taken in for detailing and a small repair to a tail light lens.
All done in good time, work on the car was excellent. Capital Ford service was great.
My experience purchasing a Ford Escape was excellent because of the service I received from Joe and Kevin, even if it was an overwhelming process. The service I received was above and beyond, right from the start when they let me take the vehicle home for the night to test it out in my every day lifestyle. This gesture was much appreciated and helped win my business with Capital. Joe and Kevin were there throughout my long car buying decision and patiently waited as I went to test drive every vehicle at every other dealership in the city (or that's how it felt). They answered my questions whenever I needed and helped find the right vehicle with the features I wanted, but still made it fit in my budget. Any time I went to the dealership, even the first night meeting them, it felt like I was going to hang out with new friends rather than making a big decision regarding a large purchase. I would recommend Joe and Kevin to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle in the future, and want to thank them for everything.

The dealership is huge and has a great feel to it, the floors are clean and everybody is always smiling and ready to greet you. I like how the used is separated from the new vehicles and has its own building. the lot always looks full on both used and new which gives you the feeling that you'll have lots of choices.
I currently own a 2016 Fusion Titanium, my third car purchase with Capital Ford. I recently purchased a 2018 Focus SEL Hatchback for my daughter, which is now the forth vehicle I've purchased at Capitol Ford. I've always received great service, which is why I continue to stay with Capital Ford.
Popped in and was able to get a an oil change done in fifteen minutes AND the great service staff gave me the $20 off coupon from the newspaper that I didn't know about.
The service was good, however all I got was an oil change and I was there for over an hour. Had I known it was going to take that long I could have walked over to Wal-Mart or something. It isn't really a 'QuickLane'. Otherwise I always enjoy coming to Capital and prefer it over anywhere else.

Very easygoing people, not pushy. I felt they were listening to what I was looking for not just trying to make a sale. also appreciated a full tank of gas when I picked up my SUV, bought a new car once before and first stop was the gas station. A+
I started my search for a new vehicle at Capital Ford Lincoln because of the great customer service I had already received from Darcy Prokopetz and the other service staff.
I walked in on Thursday evening with a pretty vague description of what I was looking for (price, and must have air conditioning were pretty well the only two criteria I gave Brett Holloway!). By 2:00 pm Saturday I drove away with exactly what I was looking for. Brett was extremely personable and asked questions to find out what I really wanted. He focused his attention on me and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way: from introducing me to Blayne Morrow (the Sales Manager) ahead of time so I would know who he was when he entered to process, to confirming that I had received all the necessary information from the "finance guy" (I'm sorry, I forget his name).
Brett and all of the staff I ran into at Capital Ford Lincoln were very friendly and I felt like I was dealing with family. I am 100% satisfied with the both the service I received and the vehicle I purchased. I will definitely return for my next purchase and highly recommend Capital Ford Lincoln. THANK YOU!!!
Phil and Randy were helping me find a new vehicle , I wasn t sure what I wanted they were very knowledgeable on what I could get to fit into my monthly budget and had a tan of different makes and models for me to try it. They helped make the experience enjoyable! Would recommend Capital Ford :)
