It would be nice to at least leave a note when the Bakery don't open at 10am like this morning and when the person arrive at 10.20am without even answering the customers asking why it's not opening. I don't think that's a very professional behavior, (especially when you cycle 25min on Sunday morning to go there).

I stopped by for a quick breakfast and found myself going back again in the next few days. Their little pastry is so good, can't rmb the name but it is filled with raspberry cream I think oh so lovely!! The tea selection is excellent too i had Earl Grey the fragrance just calm me down. Will definitely visit again!

3 times I have placed an order with them, paid via the app and arrived to collect to discover the flavour of macaroons I chose were not available but the staff never bothered to call to advise. Last time the woman serving me didn't even bother to tell me and it was only because I noticed the flavour wasn't on display that I asked if my order contained it. She was very sullen and reluctantly admitted they were out of it and she had subbed with a totally different macaroon.
She broke the wrapping of the box (it was a gift) and was annoyed when I asked if she could grab a replacement piece of inner paper (and refused to do so).

Poor attitude of staff who couldn't care less, awful app that doesn't properly list what they have (they removed their coffee and pastry deal also), increasingly poor selection of products. The most lack luster Laduree there is unfortunately. Save your money.

An array of desserts (especially macaroons) one can choose from. Amazing taste not too sweet >>Perfect for someone who wants to enjoy something on the sweet side but doesn't have a sweet tooth <<< a bit on the pricey side comparing to other places. Not very spacious though, however perfect chic hideout in the midst of the city centre.
If you're looking for a quick & special gift, tote bags, cakes, macaroon boxes plus other souvenirs can be found here.

Was visited before Covid-19 started affecting Ireland...photos taken & visited on 07/03/2020
