CAPECO

Super helpful team of enthusiastic staff. Always willing to go that extra mile. Will definitely recommend Capeco Development Company to all.

Absolute pleasure to work with CapeCo. Good quality developments and professional staff.

I rent here, definitely a beautiful place, the people are amazing most especially, however when it comes to the maintenance and upkeep of this village, it s disgusting. From our refuse room, to the grass not being cut, the gate does not work most times, I have been locked out the village 3 times in the early hours of the morning. Horrifying, and if you going to ask why I m still there, it s because it s convenient for my work and my lease is not up. And I love my neighbors especially Thelma

We did some work for them .very nice poeple .good quality construction

Amazing service form the CapeCo team, always helpful and friendly.

Professional and genuine service, and your development is amazing!

Ascot Estate is stunning and without a doubt worthy of a visit if you are looking at putting down some roots.

What a pleasure to have a development company in Port Elizabeth that is working with communities to make our neighbourhoods safer for everyone!
