Great place where the people are friendly and there is adequate parking

Very unprofessional and rude. If you do a bad job and instead of apologizing and trying to figure out a way forward, you become defensive and condescending, then you don't deserve people's business.

This company has stood me up twice and not so much as a call to let me know their not going to make the appointment!!!
I am in a customer service based company and would never, I repeat, NEVER stand a customer up at a site and not even give them the common courtesy of a call or text that I can't make it......what a joke of a company!!

My husband Don called them & spoke Mark who was to call him with a time to meet the next morning, that never happened, so my husband called Mark's cell, well his vm is full, so he called the office, the lady said he wasn't their & she would try to get with him, still nothing no call back to my husband from anyone. So he called Mark's cell later & Mark says he was doing paperwork & he would have John call him today (Friday) at 7:00 am, guess what no call.
If you don't have time or you are to busy then just say so, tell the customer it maybe a month be we can do anything or I just have a company, but we really don't do anything though. Don't know how they have 5 stars, but that looks like it's from 2 people. Would not recommend this company to anyone, plus this was for my husband's company, that may need them again for jobs, but if they run a company like this my husband said he will not ref or contact them.
