As a very detail-oriented craftsmanship-obsessed professional fine art painter, I can PROMISE you won t find a better quality printer (including customer service) OR a better price. Their work, quality of materials, and photography of original paintings for print are all above and beyond. I m from New Orleans, but also other artsy towns- Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC. Canvas Giclee Printing FAR surpasses any other printer that I ve worked with. Also, the website makes ordering incredibly easy. If I ever had to move from Wilmington, I would still order my prints from Canvas Giclee Printing.

I was told by Josh, one of the co-owners, my job would be printed and ready for pickup the following morning. When I arrived the job was not done, the artwork was not there and Mike, the other owner/manager treated me as if it were my fault, stating their website says expected job completion is 7-10 days. I explained I talked with Josh but Mike became rude and insulting saying I was wrong to expect such a quick turnaround. He then put Josh on the phone and Josh admitted he misunderstood and he would make it right by delivering the print by the end of the day. I was then called by Josh several hours later and told that Mike didn't want to do the job and I'd have to go somewhere else. If this is what you call great customer service, then by all means, use this company. I've had literally 10's of thousands of prints produced over the last 15 years and I've never been treated so poorly by anyone.

We just purchased 2 Canvasses of our Precious little Yorkie " Pebbles " this past Tuesday. Today,
6 months ago she passed away on August 28, 2018 and this is what we chose to do for our 50th Anniversary tomorrow March 1st for each other... Mike and Tiffany couldn't have been sweeter during

Not having ever heard of this company, I rolled the dice on my first order and have never looked back. Josh and his crew provide excellent service, quality and price. I have ordered canvas and the museum watercolor paper prints and am very pleased with both. Best of all, my clients love these prints.
