I was told by Josh, one of the co-owners, my job would be printed and ready for pickup the following morning. When I arrived the job was not done, the artwork was not there and Mike, the other owner/manager treated me as if it were my fault, stating their website says expected job completion is 7-10 days. I explained I talked with Josh but Mike became rude and insulting saying I was wrong to expect such a quick turnaround. He then put Josh on the phone and Josh admitted he misunderstood and he would make it right by delivering the print by the end of the day. I was then called by Josh several hours later and told that Mike didn't want to do the job and I'd have to go somewhere else. If this is what you call great customer service, then by all means, use this company. I've had literally 10's of thousands of prints produced over the last 15 years and I've never been treated so poorly by anyone.
