Terrible place. Do not send patients for rehab here. Patient had a trach and the RT did not sanitary clean it!! If anyone should know how to properly clean it, it s an RT! The entire staff seemed disorganized. Hand write records

Worst rehab center in the area. Been to Plymouth place, Lexington , etc. All much better. If you want to save your loved ones life. Do not send here.
