A great day trip, and only a short drive from Rhode Island. The park is always clean and inexpensive compared to some others. It would be nice if they told you what rides were not running on their website.

My family really enjoys this park. My kids are younger, there is plenty for the smallest one to do. However, there are a few rides for my 10 year old that are exciting for him. It is clean on the inside and most of the staff are pretty friendly.

Good for younger kids. I feel as if there is less and less to do as you get older. The other problem I have is the prices of the food, $10.99 for a basic hamburger is just too much. It's great for the kids but needs improvement to be friendly for all.

Always a fun time when we visit.

Always a fun time when we visit.
However, during the October season at Frightfest
They blast a enormous amount of fog throughout the whole park. It's to the point where you can't even breathe as you're walking around or evade the fog, I have mentioned this to park staff many times to which they reply that they've had many complaints and they still do nothing about it. I feel for the people who have breathing problems as well asthma, definitely would not be able to withstand the amount of fog.
The person who I happen to be with this last time ended up being seriously allergic to the fog, could not breath and coughed as we ran from the furthest part of the park to the entrance/exit, we had to leave immediately and were not allowed to get our money back or compensated in any way which completely ruined of the night.

I am so happy I got to experience this woderful place for the first time. I have a lot of fun with my friends. I can't wait to go back. I usually don't go on roller coasters but i did one today and it was so mucb fun.

I went during the haunted houses .which I must say are just as good as they are here in universal Florida. Plus I got to see some professional basket ball players !. Fun park . too cold for the water park .

Castaway Island ...

Love the park and rides, but the new Castaway Island .

They allow WAY to many people in at a time, someone is going to get seriously hurt IMO. I was there yesterday with my son and another family. I felt totally disgusted by the mounds of people allowed in the water and not enough life guard staff to regulate AT ALL.

My son and friend waited in line for 45 minutes to go down the slide, only to learn when they got to the top, my son was a bit to short and they didn't let him go down. Hmmmm, why was there not a sign prior to heading up with a height requirement, like every other ride at the park?

Here s the he topper, grown adult men allowed to swim and walk around in their UNDERWEAR?!?! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?! SO GROSS. If you can afford to pay admission to enter the park, have money to buy adult beverages (which were not the greatest) you for sure have enough money to buy and bring a bathing suite. Seriously.

I will not be going to Castaway Island, again.

The kids enjoyed the visit but my review will be focused on the no-smoking policy beyond the entry point. Inside the park there's a smoking area which is close to the rides and basically ALL kids and adults will inhale the chemicals from smoking. I would expect that the sign on the entry point NO SMOKING beyond this point is reinforced beyond that point where the kids are enjoying the rides, eating, breathing and sleeping for babies. Having smoking area inside the park is just unacceptable and for this reason I will not bring my kids until the park is really no smoking beyond the entry point.

I'm not sure who had the most fun of myself, my husband, my two year old, or my eight year old!! There is so much to do here for all ages and levels of activity that it feels like you need more than an entire day to explore it all; you truly get your money's worth.

It was ok. Not what I'm used to when going to Canobie Lake. Things are definitely different. Certain areas are blocked off not allowing through traffic so you walk into dead ends and have to turn around and go back the other way. Lots of rides were not running. Masks are mandatory but they have some "for sale" if you lose yours on a ride. We were there for 4 hours and we only were able to enjoy 3 rides (Ferris Wheel, Flume and Race Track) we enjoyed Castaway Island but with no place to put our belongings because there was no seating due to over capacity it made enjoying the waterpark difficult. Food is still high priced, this place is still charging full price with over 30% of their attractions shut down. There are mask free zones that are over crowded. 6 foot rule doesn't seem to matter because of the way they have the que designed. People 6ft in front of you and 6ft behind you but yet someone standing right next to you 1 foot away. Had a horrible experience with a employee who felt the need to reprimand my child simply for standing on a bar (cant blame her, 7 years old waiting 45 minutes in line for one 60 second ride that broke down 1/2 way through) Our car broke down on the track and we had to walk back, complete mess. Absolute lack of training on staff as well, highly annoyed with someone who works there to feel the need to parent my child in front of me. If she is doing something wrong you talk to ME not my child!!! She is a very well behaved girl. She left thinking she was in trouble and did something wrong. Not a good experience.

All I can say is... I LOVE THIS PARK! Such a nice atmosphere. Very good items at the gift shops, and the food is what you'd expect from an amusement park. Not as much thrill rides as other amusement parks, but the flat rides are AMAZING! (My personal favorite being The Physcodrome! An indoor scrambler with strobe lights is genius!)

My husband and 2 children went and spent more time waiting in the long lines than anything. Anything over a 1/2 hour is ridiculous and anything over an hour is shameful! There should be a limit as to how many people get in. Instead their greed has taken over. Opening up yet another giant parking lot?!!! They spent 7 hours there and only rode 5 rides.

Canobie lake is amazing. But, there are only monster rides and then kitty rides. So if you have a kid who doesn't like scary rides but is older, I don't suggest going here. If you do, then try the dragon coaster, the swings, the flume, and the train is pretty good to. Also, the sky ride is amazing and the view is great. Definitely a family friendly experience and amazing. (Also has a great variety of food and arcade games..!)

A great place to have fun at a lower cost than most places. There's a variety of rides and food options, there is rides from rollercoasters to spinning cups, and food from sweets, BBQ, and even some fried food. Great for all ages.

love Love LOVE this park. We come as often as we can. Doesn't have the Thrill Ride selection of a Six Flags but it is a beautiful park with plenty of shade, pleasant surroundings, a beautiful lake, friendly staff. Just the best. Only problem is finding meals for a food-allergic family. Do they offer season passes? I don't think so. Wish they would.

I've been to Canobie lake park many many times and I've always had fun. I love all the rides and the food. I'm actually going tomorrow and I can't wait. One of the reasons I look forward to summer is because I go to Canobie Lake Park every year. Come down to Canobie Lake Park and have a great time

I had a great time in Canobie! I went there on 08/03/2019. I found it to be a big park with many rides and events going on throughout the day. Decent entrance fee that included all the rides. Cherry on top- live dance and song performance in the middle of park - how cool is that? I might go again!! And also we did free boat ride in lake Canobie!!

Lots of fum at this 100 plus year family owned park. Reasonably priced considering its an amisment park. Food is mostly food but its amusment park food so its comparably priced and taste depening where you go is comparable. They have a cople restraust but if your family wants differnt things you may need to go to different places to get the food. They have several shows that are unique and enjoyable.

Had a great time as usual! They finally opened their waterpark. The lazy river was a lot of fun. I didn't get to try out the water slides with my child. You need to be at least 48". I tried to ask a lifeguard the depth of the wave pool but he didnt answer. He heard me because he looked at me briefly 3 times. Other than that the staff is usually nice. They definielty need more than 1 locker rental kiosk. Locker rentals are $10-12 all day up until 6:30pm.

Its definitely a family friendly park especially for the younger kids under 12. Parking is free and you can go in an out of the park without a problem. You can picnic in the parking lot by your car since you can't bring food or drinks into the park..
