First time visiting this weekend. Very nice park to bring family, staff were great, perfect mix of rides for all ages and very well kept. Water park was really well done, lazy river was exceptional.
The free parking is good, but outside food or drink not being allowed would have been ok if prices inside park were at least reasonable. 10 dollars for a burger and chips, and 3 for a water that cost the park less than a quarter is a bit greedy given an already steep admission.
The escape room was the largest mistake, 20 bucks for a family of four to spend exactly 6 minutes in a room that looked like it was designed by a 14 year old.
Definitely will go back, just will come a bit more prepared and hopefully not on the hottest weekend of the year.

Clean, great staff, lots to do , we went as a company group had a catered lunch , great shows , lots of big and little kids rides, little disappointed with all the expensive street sales . $15.00 for a toy that could have been bought at a store for $8.00. The games were also very pricey. I would rather only pay for gate and food: hard to budget with the unknown inside the gates. One day would not be enough for teenagers. The day was hot , the water park was overcrowded so they were putting a limit on admission.

I took my 3 year old son and we had a great time. He's tall for his age at 42" so we had a great time and he was able to go on a lot of rides. We went on the Thursday after July 4th. It was very hot but we still had fun and after we had enough rides, ended up at Castaway Island. He had a blast - it was just disappointing the longer slides had a 6 year old age limit. Looking forward to taking him back again, especially after the Castaway expansion is completed.

Great amusement park! On the smaller side, but plenty of fun packed in. I have kids that are on the small side so we did have an issue with some of the rides that my daughter could ride, the boys would get upset because they couldn't. What I did like about the park is that they did a pretty decent job of interspersing rides that the younger kids can do with ones they can't. That way when my daughter rode a larger ride, my younger ones had something they could do rather than waiting. Makes a big difference!

Second time attending Screemfest this past Friday night. Our first time was in 2015 and it was so fun. This time I feel like the scare actors were just standing around in the mazes like props or mannequins. There were a few that actually did their job and follow or jump out at you but the majority were just there to display their makeups at minimum. The one I adore most was the creature in the Village that was crawling towards the end. He/she really tried hard to scare and stayed even till the very end. Most other actors were gone by 10:30 when the park was closing at 11. That person should get a raise.

Really great time and enjoyed the rides. Didnt like the fact you had to use cash at some of the games... who carries cash these days. Some lines were long due to inefficient organization, especially the large main water slide.

Went here for an event and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of rides for toddlers. Fyi the toddler rides have a height maximum, so you can't ride with your child. My 2 year old did well. Clean and cheerful park. Food wasnt that great but you can pack your own food.

Canobie Lake Park provides a great variety of fun rides at an affordable price. My sons (ages 15 and 8) and I went after 5 for a reduced rate, and we left thoroughly satisfied. The lines moved quickly and I never felt overwhelmed or stressed for time, as I do at the bigger parks. We definitely hope to return.

I recently paid a visit to the park with some friends. They had just opened their addition to the "water park". Keeping in mind that this is a small amusement park the size of the water park is also small. It features 3 tube water slides surrounded by a small loop of a lazy river with a zero entry area. I wouldn't go for the water park alone but a nice addition to the whole property. The other rides and amusements are the usual thing from two newer steel coasters and a rattling good wooden coaster. There are plenty of older classic rides as well. They offer several good shows all included in the price of admission. Crowd levels on a Sunday afternoon/evening were decent. I would recommend this as a slightly laid back option to Six Flags New England.

An enjoyable day trying out different rides. It would be great if your rides were made to accommodate people of all sizes.
The water area was a perfect ending of a very hot day! Stopped in for ice cream across from the Boston Tea party ride and was very impressed with the generous amount of ice cream!
Friendly, helpful staff!

If you are a large person don't plan on going on any water slides apparently us large people are not allowed on the slides i would not recommend this park to anybody better off going to water wizz in wareham Massachusetts much better water park

Good amusement park with activities for all ages. Kids enjoyed a lot. Reasonably priced as well. Decent food options are also available.
Improvments I would like to see are their park map / navigation directions and availability of drinking water.
We found it hard to find exact the location of some attractions.
They do not have water fountains and a bottle of water costs $3. Apart from the cost, I personally dont like to buy bottled water as a way to reduce plastic usage.
It would have been a 5 star if not for these 2 issues.

The only thing that s changed about this place since I was a kid is their prices! Holy moly is it expensive! You d think you went to Disney for crying out loud...and it s far from Disney. Don t get me wrong the kids love it, but my wallet does not. The staff is not very friendly, but if I were making $7.50/hr I guess I wouldn t be in the best of spirits either.

It was fantastic. We had so much fun. My family and I got on my rides than the last time we went. I could've given it 5 stars if I enjoyed the food as well. I don't know what happened this time. I could not even finish my sandwich. I feel like they have more options this year.

Park was clean, food reasonably priced, rides were fun, however they did not have a date for when new water park was to open and as of mid August was still no opening date. Other than that fun time.

OK, this is a really great place that is fun to go to and more convenient given where I live we can't just fly to Disney whenever we want and those this is not at that level, it can be seen as an alternative. The rides are fun there but they have to make the haunted houses more consistent with the level of being scared so ya. The lines are long though, but usually they are worth the wait. Rides that definitely are recommended to go on are Turkish Twists, so every time I have been there the line isn't long, and if you are alone, which isn't as fun, go to the singular ride in the back. Also, another one to go on is whatever interests you because they are so amazing things you can go on here that can meet what wants to do.

We went during a company event so tickets were cheaper for us but all in all it was a very good family park. The rides good for all ages and still a few areas to play games. There is a train you can ride that runs for a good amount of time and you can ride on the boat and cruise around canobie lake! The new water park expansion looks great and it won't be ready till next year so I can't wait for the lazy river. Food prices aren't bad inside the park they hit you hard for getting water. If your there all day I would recommend getting souvenir cups that you can refill for cheap costs. There is a good variety of little kids rides as well. It was a very good and fun experience and I will be coming back next year.

There are rides for all ages, the water park is great, the food is not outrageously priced, and the ability to leave and reenter makes bouncing between activities so much easier when the bags are accessible in the car

This is my favorite amusement park and the only one in the area. It is well maintained and a very family oriented place. Parking is free and the lot is huge. They offer deals for father day and mothers day. They are in business from early spring until fall when they change the theme over to screamfest. All summer long it's an awesome them park and in the fall they go scary with Halloween themed fun. I would recommend it to anyone visiting southern New Hampshire. It won't disapoint. From carnival games to big roller coasters. Snack bars to full restaraunts. They have it all. Sno cones, ice cream, and fried dough. A must see kind of place

I took my son and 3 friends to Canobie Lake Park for my sons birthday on 6/25/17. I didn't mind paying $38 for each person ($190) to get in that was expected. The rides were very fun and all of the staff running the rides were all very nice and courteous . Food service on the other hand was not so great we stopped at Portofino for lunch we bought 2 slices of pizza, a meatball sub and a small plate of pasta and 3 sodas for $32. Very expensive for so so food. I was shocked but again didn't ruin my day. We ended up going on more rides and later in the afternoon we stopped at Be Bop Diner because the kids all wanted Fried Dough (about $5 each)I let the kids all order their own that's when the young man at the counter started to give an attitude. When the third child ordered a fried Dough he gave an attitude to the child for ordering the same thing as the last two children. It upset the child a bit but we got through it. The last straw was when one of the children asked for just a cup of water to wash down some of the cinnamon and sugar the same young man gave an attitude and said no. We just spent $250 so far in the day and we can't get one small cup of water for a child who just bought food 2 minutes before. So we ended up leaving and walking around we found a young lady cleaning and she told use that they had a bubbler by the bathrooms in the back but it was broken. We kept on asking people and finally we were able to find a bubbler at the front of the park that worked so the child could get a drink. They definitely don't want you to get any water. They want you to spend spend spend they are willing to sell you overpriced water in a heartbeat though. I don't know that I would go back. It's close to home but it's probably worth the ride to go to a park with better customer service.

Great value for an amusement park. Lots of things to do. One great roller coaster, and one fun new coaster. The kids love the tea party ride, which is a twenty person flume ride with a big splash.
