People only leave bad reviews because of dance moms and how they portrayed her I would love to join her dance center to learn and compete with her dance center

This is the worst place in the world. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO THERE

Cathy is amazing i took classes and she is so nice she looked so intressted in my dancing and shes not better then ABBY LEE DANCE COMPAY i love maddie but chole is much better cathy ur so jealus of her girls and abbys chegraphy i have been to ur studio let me see yea im kendal ur just acting like u are so nic at frist and then u be mean thats why my mom took me out of that trash place and she took me back to ALDC and jojo swia joined and we were friends so stop tried old man and dont say this rewview is fake bc it not roast ,me i dare u gir ima pull yo weve of

Okay, everyone always reviews this as a 1 star because of the dance mom fandom. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE ALDC (obviously more than the CADC) But honestly, Cathy is a generally nice person to HER kids. Maybe not Abby or anyone from the aldc, but her kids. This isn't a terrible place. Just not the best #ALDCalways But you do have great competition team as well but ALDC might be just a little better than you Maybe be more like Abby ? Idk hahah

Who wants a child to teach you how to dance? Kathy is down right embarrassing.

Cathy is very rude. She doesn t care about her students, she just cares about winning and rubbing it into her competitors faces. She is not a good team player.

I have been a customer of Candy Apples Dance Center for 13 years. I have had 3 daughters dance at CADC. My youngest is the one that excels in dance and wants a career in dance. She has Cathy and Erin, exceptional teachers, to thank for that. It disheartens me to see and hear all these negative posts that simply are NOT TRUE. Cathy loves her students! And for the Joeffrey Ballet comment. I was there! There was no voice louder than Abby's. As a matter of fact she was so loud and out of place that day the TV crew removed her from the scene. People it is TV.....even reality TV is scripted. CADC is portrayed the way the show wants us portrayed for ratings. Cathy travels where she is told to travel and legally has to go where they tell her. Candy Apples has fabulous dancers! Come and see for yourself one day! Everyone is friendly and the comrodory between the children, parents and Cathy is heartwarming. We look out for each other, the girls are happy for each other and it has been a great place to be the last 13 years.

I've brought my child here not too long ago, and Cathy was just too talkative about Abby Lee Miller and the teachers were just not professional because they just kept playing around with the students instead of actually teaching. I'm glad my daughter got out of that place and moved on. I do NOT recommend this studio to anyone.

Screamed at my kid because she had a bow in her hair

I would love to be at the Abby lee dance company but I live in Ohio so I would have to be at candy apples

this place is so nice and the teacher is so nice but as long your nice to the others but good place good teachers and even if you need help of some parts of the dance they will help you they have good communication and good quality I recommend to bring your child here is so fun to be here.

Their choreography is terrible and they can t win one competition against Aldc. They also bring in new dancers from different states.

When I was a child I danced and competed with CADC for 9 years. So it's only obvious my daughter dances here herself. We are starting her fifth year and she loves it. The teachers are good role models for her not only in dance but in life. My daughter has met some of her best friends here and it's turned into our second home. Sadly Covid has made everything more difficult but cadc has stood up to and tackled the challenge of making their studio clean and safe. We love our CADC family.

Great people to teach and help your child in achieving their goals. If they put the effort in. Ignore the bad reviews due to Abby that's Hollywood attitude. Which was achieved. But, reality is this is someone's livelihood so, rise above the gutter.!

as soon as i walked in and my daughter shook mrs Cathys hand, she cut her finger on Cathys ring and was unable to dance for 6 WEEKS!!! KEEP YPUR RING AWAY FROM MY CHILD CATHY

Please just note that what you see on Dance Moms is not exactly the truth and reality. The show is heavliey edited and they often twist peoples words and make certain people seem mean when they are in fact really nice people off camera. It's all for drama and views. Please do not give this studio bad reviews just becuase of what you see on tv.

You should not come to this studio all she talks about is Abby being in jail. She is also very rude and she did nothing to help me become a better dancer. Please do not come to this studio

We love Candy Apple's!!! Wonderful, caring staff! So much to offer besides just dance lessons- parties, outings, parades, Nutcracker and so much more!

My girls absolutely love everything about candy apples. I've never seen a group of women more interested and involved with their kids then I do here. They are so supportive with everything and truly love their dancers.

Cathy is the most annoying person on planet earth her and her screeching a little Voice. Cathy and Abby fight all the time when Abby is mostly correct Cathy is a joke and every other name in the book. Cathy is rude. Cathy also has to get choreographers to come in to choreograph her dances.... At least Abby choreographs her dances herself.

Cathy, I think you are the most bitter woman I have ever seen on TV or real life. Why is there so much hate in your heart? Why do you let Abby Miller get to you so much? She doesn't come at you like you do her. She can be nasty, but I give her all the props and you none! At least she shows some class.

people need to stop judging by the show because i love cathy and her studio and my cousin went to her studio and she ended up getting a full dance scholarship because of her training

I personally have gone to the studio and absolutely hated it.The instructors were rude and made faces whenever students were embarrassed or messed up.The studio is also really dirty.There are bugs are the floor and the mirrors are really dirty and don t get me started in the bathrooms

cathy.. how do ypu think that by buying and outsourcing dancers that OTHER people have taught in any way makes YOU a good instructor... no one from your own studio competes... not even your own kid... what does that say??.. that YOU cant instruct kids... you let someone else do it... then parade them into competitions... at LEAST Abby Lee does her OWN teaching and HER OWN KIDS compete and kick the snot out of you every time....... get a life loser... you have NOTHING worthwhile to offer anyone... except laughter....

every time cathy pulls thoughs silly stunts, or says name abby,she lowering her self. it look like the only way she get any fame is use abby lee miller name. she like a virus leeching of abby and this makes her look bad. i wish just for once she do her own choreography,instead of paying some one come and do it. this also make her look unprofessional ,and week. she not won a compatition against abby in 2 years. and get rid of her dancers if they dont win. at least abby has same dancers .

It would be so nice if people would rate this studio based on real experiences!
My daughter recently signed up here. We knew of the studio because of Dance Moms however we tried the studio out because of the raving reviews that came from the community. We were not disappointed! Everyone was inviting and cheerful when you walked through the door and the instructor was very nice. My daughter loved it! I'm very happy we chose to start our dance journey with Candy Apples and my daughter cannot wait until her next lesson!

Because I loved Cathay and that and that she is on YouTube and me

Cathy seams and abby seams nice but once they get to know u and get trust in u that start thinking they talk to u whatever way they want that's why they are both horrible but have a lot of talent now I'm still an abby fan but that's how i see it

Can you please learn you limits... If you are such a good dance studio why would you bring your daughter to Abby Lee's dance studio? If you would not of brought your daughter to Abby Lee,s dance studio, this would not of happened... You could of just taught you daughter better of found a batter place in Ohio. He reason that Abby Lee's dance studio is so perfect is because she pushes her kids and yells at them so they get more motivated. Candy apples dance kids an her self is not a good dance team , your attitude an what u do in front of your kids make theme mean an not how a dance team is sapos to be. I am 12 years old an i love the show dance moms an when i see u guys coming together at the competitions u are not as a dance teacher is sapos to be . i hope your dance team the best but they onily thing i have to give u advise about is that u need to show your kids the right way to treat people an other dance teams

Well it's alright from seeing it they really have some great dances but Cathy can be nice as a Apple but she's meaner than the devil...
