Store open to public, lines were quick and Staff was amazing.
Items needed in-stock . Shelf Pricing not updated for start of sale. Staff helpful in confirming price.
Very hard to find what you need. The new layout is very cramped and very crowded. Hard to shop in the store
Big store but easy to find everything and helpful staff
Customer service is very lazy and everything is dirty
Good selection. Not Walmart (a good thing), but a very frustrating experience. They took out our moved most of the self-help kiosks, so you are forced to rely on the notoriously unhelpful staff, some of whom run when they see you coming. What should have taken 15 minutes took nearly an hour.
service person wasnt really any help seemed like we were bothering her
Great set up for for line up,store has everything U need, well marked direction arrows for shopping & exit.
In transition to Halloween. Masks for everyone.( Remember stay 2 meters away from the door.) Also no social interaction!
Went there exclusively for plumbing supplies...not good. They could not provide a water line hook up for my refrigerator. Home Depot solved it.
Staff were very helpfull. Also there many checkouts were open with very little wait time to check out.
It's Canadian Tire, can't really say more than that.
This was most likely the worst experience if ever had in my life dealing with a store. After ordering something online and it taking 3 times the expected time to arrive .only no never be called when my order did arrive. On top of all this the part i order for the specific make and model of my car off the website the said the part was specifically for my car. it was the wrong part. now mistakes happen i get that but this is going to far they force me to pay for it before i get to see it it takes over a month and then its the wrong part and i have to wait over a week to get my money back. this store is a joke and its staff are the rudest people ive ever had to deal with doesn't even deserve one star
Manager tried to tell me that the ladder on sale online was only for online, states run above only available for instore purchase LOL then tells me oh your right it's back there somewhere il send someone..none comes in had to read the numbers off the packaging to find the ladder they had on sale for 150.99 55 percent off..only one listed in the store was 40 percent of 180 dollars lol but the one I wanted for 150 55 percent off was actually there just hiding lol
Stored my tires there and did the seasonal change. My tires have sensors on them and when changed the sensors need to be retrained, which takes about 1 minute to do. Every other garage I went to before never charged me a dime to retrain the sensors as it s part of the tire change over, yet Canadian tire charged me $60 for a 60 second job. I never stored my tires there again, and will never ever go there for any service on my vehicle because I find them to be a rip off.
A big box store where you can find almost anything you need including automotive service. You never want to buy anything unless it is on sale since the prices on most items are artificially inflated. Sometimes you can find a real good deal on clearance items but you have to wander around the store to find them.
Always a good visit. Most items in stock. Staff is helpful when they are around.
Great store, but like most stores these days, it's difficult to find employees to assist.
Staff is pretty nice and occasionally you can get some good deals.
Very unimpressed. Tried using curb pick up, after receiving many emails changing the status of my order, cancelling certain products and putting some on hold, we finally went to pick up. Had to call in multiple times before spoke to someone. I understand that they are very busy, so we didn t complain. Unfortunately the disgusting customer service was another issue. The girl on the phone was beyond unhelpful and rude. The man who brought out the order didn t even say hello or have a great day he THREW all our items in the trunk, I m surprised nothing is broken. After he just walked away. I understand we are in a difficult time, but kindness and customer service shouldn t be that low. Overall, very displeased with this whole store.
Got our car checked for dash warning lights on and the cost was too high just for the test.
Went to Jiffy for and oil change and they said they couldn't bc the last oil change had done (at Canadian Tire)... the tech stripped all the bolts on the skid plate and couldn't get the bolts off to do the oil change.
In bringing it back to CT... the manager showed me the bolts... they were fine. Before doing any work... she offered to comp the oil change. After showing me nothing wrong... still comp'd the oil change and was great about everything!
Thanks for the quick and honest service!
They don't have people in garden center outside to help you. They charged us for an item they do not have in stock even though online says they have 13 of the items. Better organization and online inventory management skills are heavily needed.
They are putting their spring and summer stock up yaoosaa.
They have the products, but none of the service to back it up. You walk down aisle after aisle just looking for someone to help but it's like a ghost town. Aisles are really narrow, the store hasn't really stood the test of time, even though they just remodeled. Changes are needed, or this will eventually be the next Sears.
They rearranged there store all around but it's easy to find things still
They do not care about customer service or the customer shopping, very tight hard to maneuver in the store. Over crowded, very difficult to shop. You can waste alot of time just trying to find an empty shelf. This store got so big they now have stock issues. Shelves are always empty. I do not recommend. Extremely over priced.
Somewhat a decent place allot of overpriced stuff but still alright
Canadian Tire has gone from a place that you could once buy things at a fair price to a money hungry monster who's every day retail sticker prices on pretty much everything are way out to lunch. If I am looking to buy something these days that I used to just automatically go there to pick up I do some comparison pricing first, always, because 9 times out of ten I can find what I am looking for elsewhere substantially cheaper. The only things that are worth buying there any more are items on sale, and even at that you still have to watch carefully as they mark things up so ridiculously high to begin with.
