It is my first time ordering with Canada Manda group. I have placed an order for 10 books for the holidays more than 1 month in advance. The person who spoke to me did not put my order through and I didn't realize it until 2 weeks later. She claimed it could be my credit card. She checked, it was not the problem. She just forgot to place my order. Then we tried again. She said the order went through and I should be receiving it first week of December. It is already the 10th and I haven't received a tracking number and no answers from them. I order with rain coast way after and their books arrived so fast. Also their sales representative answered right away. I will not be ordering with Manda Group again. I will be ordering with raincoast instead. - i I understand that these times are hard, busy and mistakes can happen, but after one mistake we expect a bit more of a customer service.
