We purchased a sofa and chair and a half made by Campio. Within 18 months the leather was breaking down. We contacted the retailer and they were unable to help. We contacted Campio and after many attempts were told the service requirements were the responsibility of the retailer. Campio wants to take no ownership or accountability for the failure in their product. We spent considerable $ and thought we would get a good product being Canadian. It turns out we were wrong.

Purchased a sofa and a loveseat from The Bay about 6 months ago. It is by far the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. The back slants so you can not sit properly. The sofa also sits too low to the floor. I have had a backache ever since I purchased it. I bought the set when it was on sale and still paid over 2000.00 dollars. I WILL NEVER BUYTHIS BRAND AGAIN.Live and learn

The people from this company are so rude it's truly unbelievable. If you are expecting quility this isnt the place to buy your furniture.
