Very clean and quiet campsite.
The meals in the restaurants are well stocked and prices accessible.
Great if you have children, for teens a little more complicated.
Not a lot of entertainment and the entertainers smear French but know how to make it clear.
Place around empty, forced to take the car to do shopping or other.
Otherwise a magnificent lake is right next to the campsite (be careful, no shade) but really pleasant.
In short, it is a campsite to enjoy the calm with a lot of German, not many French holidaymakers

Nice bungalow tent, cozy fellow campers, lots of children. Too bad that the plumbing is so far away. It might also be nice that there was a weekly market. The lake, the pool ... Everything is nice and tidy. The plumbing is also neat and tidy, with an extra washing facility for our mini-people. Is definitely worth a Plus for me. Keep it up!

This campsite is simply wonderful. Large places, sanitary facilities very clean all around well maintained.

The campsite is the best, we have been there twice, every time very satisfied. Great surroundings, fresh air because of the lake and river. There is possibility for fishing, canoeing. The children are always busy, whether on the playground or swimming pool, they always find a Spielkammeraden. The house of us had everything, so you can camp for weeks. The only thing we did not like in Hais are the mosquito net on the window, otherwise everything was great. The staff were all very nice and helpful. From about 20 clock constantly a security guard drives everywhere and looks after the order. A big thank you and praise to all employees

Very nice and family friendly campsite. In the high season quite expensive.

One of our favorites! Great for families / kids. Casual pool with slides. Generous pitches, in the rear very quiet and close to nature (we were practically for ourselves). Price / performance good. Restaurant (pizza) was not to our liking. WLAN at parking places C ... not available. We will be back.

Beautifully located campsite. Sanitary facilities look very new and are clean. The pitches are spacious and all have electricity. The nearest sanitary building was a bit of a walk from our pitch.

huge children's playground..were not a night because it was so horrible. like sleeping in the amusement park. definitely not to be recommended if you want to have a relaxing holiday. the car park was already completely closed when we arrived at 11 am and parked in two rows. Less than 10 minutes further is a nice little place. The drive on is worth it.

Not bad overall but level cleanliness at the bar area to review especially the gym that has totally abandoned what is a shame in order to are potential. (It would be nice to review the snack times)

We rented a safari XL tent from Eurocamp, which was very spacious, clean. Nice that there were sun loungers and wooden garden furniture. A large refrigerator and freezer, various lamps, fan, electric heater and bbq were also an added value! Very solid wooden floor. <br/> I found that the baby bed had no mattress, we knew that and had brought a mattress, but the bed was so small that the mattress did not fit. Too bad that there was no parasol, because our place had little shade. <br/> Sanitary near our tent was renewed and very clean, also kept clean and there was a baby bath. the campsite is handy. The pool is super nice and clean only ice ice cold water and little shade, which is a shame with a baby. In the brochure, however, there is a heated swimming pool. The lake nearby is very nice, you can go there via the bridge on the campsite, very nice bridge. The campsite has a lot of greenery and also spacious pitches for campers with good separation and shade between the pitches. <br/> In any case, highly recommended! Only the ice cold water was a real shame!

Nice campsite for (young) children. Especially the pool is fine. Very busy and that feeling is reinforced by the tight places. The bathroom is clean. It is strange that the toilets and washbasins are much too high for small children. Unfortunately, the price is much too high for what you get for it.

Nice campsite for young kids with clean sanitary facilities and a nice swimming pool

The campsite is really okay. So super beautiful as it is described by many, then again not. The staff is super friendly and tried hard. I lacked trash cans. These were only in certain places such as directly at the entrance and at the wash house. The wash houses were relatively new and clean. It has a large outdoor pool for children, which is great fun for the little ones. The prices in the restaurant and the small supermarket there are exaggeratedly high in my opinion. You should stock up on groceries beforehand, otherwise it can be very expensive. There is an Aldi and Intermarche nearby.
You can definitely go there, but it won't be a regular campsite;).

Unfortunately, we had bad weather and were on the way back from the sea and sun worshiped. Our mobile home was well maintained but in the shade of a few oaks and was therefore relatively cool in the rain. If the weather would have been nice you could swim at the nearby bathing lakes great.
Maybe next time we'll be luckier. Price wise, the whole thing is a bit more exclusive.

River is very nice for fishing and canoe trips.
Snack bar is good quality and reasonable prices. (Restaurant next to the campsite is very expensive)

Is a bit further away if you want to go out but for us that was no problem.
Camping shop has enough, but the bread was not tasty. There are good bakers in Esprel and Rouchemont.

First time last year in 2019. Pleasantly surprised. Correct price, top service, clean and new sanitary, delicious snack, in short we will return in 1 week . We talked a lot around us about this campsite. We risk going back there every year. I recommend for families. Swimming pool, small mountain bike trail, tree climbing, disco for children, small full store, very large location. Thanks and see you next week

Beautiful campsite, great facilities. Pool complex not suitable for teenagers but perfect for young families. Would visit again.

We were there with our motorhome in June 2017 and July 2020. Very large parcels and very nice and friendly and helpful staff. Showers were clean.
The swimming pool is more for children. But not a minus point for us - there is still the swimming lake. Shops nearby. Very good for cycling, hiking or water sports. Excursions are also recommended. Or just relax.
The canoe tour offered is recommended.
Otherwise everything was great and we will definitely come again. Price / performance ratio was fine for us.

We passed as friends. Beautiful campsite, beautiful location. Clean pool by cons attention to your feet the floor around the pool is hot and do not walk on the artificial turf my daughter burned her toes.

Great site, got a really good pitch for the tent/camper vans - although some pitches looked a little close to each other. Fun pool and slides.

Wonderful camping site with large pitches, great nature all around. But the sanitary facilities are absolutely wrong. For the money that is asked for a parking space there, you can also get a holiday apartment!

If you go to the same cabin of horror for a whole weekend, you will always find the same garbage on the floor. Whether it's fallen tiles, cigarette butts, or feminine hygiene articles (use).
If the space is almost fully booked, you should clean the toilets (at least) once a day. You can live well with the showers and dishes. Children's playground is designed rather carelessly. Swimming pool should be quite good, but no sun protection over the baby pool. Kaufmann's shop with little choice but completely sufficient, I think. But it should be said that you have to queue there for a long time (about always at least 20 minutes). The woman complained that there was no ice cream anywhere to eat, maybe in the swimming pool, it was just too cold for us to swim.
There was a lot of fishing, little caught and the lakes are closed for fishing. Otherwise everything is great.

We just got back from 3 weeks of camping. We had a very nice spacious place for our car with caravan. The campsite is very neat and beautifully green. Swimming pool is fine in size and fun slides for our kids in the ages of 2, 4 and 6. The lake is within walking distance and well organized.
The camping shop is small and we did not like the bread very much. But there are plenty of bakers in the area.
Plumbing was very neat and just new.
We enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

I was there last summer and it was a good experience

A friendly and quiet campsite, spaciously set up in a rural area. Has swimming pool and a beautiful swimming lake.

3 days of happiness. Plots are pleasant, the activities on site are varied (swimming pool, tree climbing, hiking, canoeing, boating ... :-)), the restaurant is good (against the fries deserve to be better drained ... history that they digest a little better!).

The toilets are very clean and the staff pleasant and available. In short ... we'll be back soon! : D

Very nice place .... the calm ..la verdure ..tous were great ... By cons I eat at noon snake camping ... the dish was ok ... small flat ... The waitress snake and the bar not nice at all on I had the impression of disturbing them.it's a pity ... a smile .. ladies waitresses it's so much more enjoyable ....

We are in a 5 star and in France. It's a pity that even the staff does not speak French fluently. It is a nice place but I will not go back. My daughter was bored at the mini club because no one could communicate with anyone. .....

Great for a quiet weekend away.... if only it would have been quiet after 22H30 and only if the toilets had had lights in them..... for the kids it wa a little scary as our closest loos were at the end of the campsite facing the forest.

A beautiful place where you can spend a pleasant holiday with your family. Generous space of locations, sanitary hyper clean, swimming pool very well also ...
Only small problem, few francophone campers in July.
For the rest, we had a very nice stay.

Too few free activities for children outside the pool. Loud music in the evening near the bar / restaurant during entertainment provided by a Dutch entertainer whose otherwise noisy interventions were incomprehensible to French-speaking children (sound too loud). Respect for barrier gestures very uncertain by holidaymakers near the bar / restaurant. Staff on the whole very pleasant both at the reception, in the bar and in the restaurant.

Ideal setting, the only problem is the long wait for the meal

The place has surprised us. Especially the well-kept good trees. The pool is unfortunately mainly intended for children. For swimmers, however, there is a nearby lake where Ann can also do water sports. Cycling and hiking are also very good. The sights in the area invite you to beautiful excursions.

Nice campsite for children up to around 10-11 years old. We had a good time in a rent a tent that was somewhat outdated. Not much to do in the area. We have visited Dino Zoo and Citadel. Was both very nice!

There are many comments to be made about the campsite. But in short, it is a fun, child-friendly site with entertainment, a good cafeteria, bar and friendly staff.
Unfortunately we have had a lot of problems with wasps.
The five stars are exaggerated, I would give the site three.

We had a rent-a-tent (glam lodge) of which the mattresses are not excellent (mesh base with 10 cm foam rubber mattress). The refrigerator has difficulty cooling the contents on the summer days of> 30. Next time I would bring my own pillow. We received a friendly and hospitable welcome! The skottel braai worked well and there are nice lounge chairs!

The campsite has a nice swimming pool for young children with two slides and an artificial grass meadow. (Tight swimsuit is not checked for). Flip-flops are a "must" on summer days, otherwise you will burn your feet on the artificial grass lawn that is full in the sun. Water shoes are recommended for children because of the rough bottom that can open up feet. And the adults sunglasses because of the bright reflection of the sun.

The WiFi costs 12 per week (not everywhere) and range with 3 / 4G is minimal.
The camping shop has the essentials and bakes bread every day. We ourselves drove to the Boulangerie in Rougemont (3.5 km) for delicious bread.

The sanitary facilities are fine with four buildings on the campsite; is fairly clean but an extra cleaning would be good, especially in Corona time. We missed children's sanitary facilities and family shower. There are some leaky taps, soap scum and dirt that has been there for 2 weeks and has not been cleaned away and the temperature of the water fluctuates between freezing cold and scorching hot.

The cafeteria is good with good meals (including salads), good ice cream! The pizzas are nothing special.

The camping pitches are spacious!
There is most to do at the beginning of the campsite, here are also the rent-a-tent, eurocamp and Roan accommodations, ping pong tables, shop, bar, reception and the swimming pool. But between 7 am and 10 pm you will hear the repeating clockwork of the church tower. At the back of the campsite are larger fields and a brand new toilet block.
There are also two playgrounds with swings and a slide. The entertainment team is very good and offers a fun program for the children (German, English, French and Dutch).

The Corona measures are hardly noticeable except for the mouth mask at the reception, shop and bar.

There are many wasps. We have all been stabbed several times. A suction stick and cool pack are recommended!

A large lake with a pebble beach is located next to the campsite, a 3-minute walk away. With supervision and good lines / nets so that it is safe to swim even with young children. Unfortunately no shade.

Catfish seem to be swimming in the river next to the campsite and a fishing rod was regularly cast.

All in all, we had a good time. The campsite certainly meets the checklist to be allowed to wear five stars. But there are quite a few points for improvement (cleaning, leaky taps, wasps, fluctuating water temperature in the shower and dishwashing area, very hot artificial grass, limited swimming pool) which makes it a three-star campsite in my opinion.

Well equipped campsite with heated swimming pool and slides for children (young and old ... adults :-)) The campsite's restaurant offers a variety of dishes but not terrible or disappointing ... We were our family of 5 in a mobile home via Roan. Camping itself was well / neatly maintained. There was plenty to do for the kids. We did not leave the campsite. Swimming pool was on the cold side. But the lake which was 5 minutes away was lovely.

Nice Dutch animation that organized something about 3 times a day.

Definitely a must to go.

We were there in the first week of September 2018 and stayed in a mobile home. We liked it very much. Very calm at the time.
The pool area is great and an absolute hit for children. The lake is great and so close. The river invites you to paddle.
We were all thrilled!
