Called for an emergency service call on Christmas Eve to fix a heater. The service rep told me that the system had a leak and needed a $700.00 test to ascertain the problem. Being Christmas I called and paid for another company to come out and give me a second opinion. As it turned out there was no leak and the fix was simple and cost about $100.00.
I called All Seasons to report what occurred and they told me that the tech was new.

The technician called 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. He was wearing a mask when he arrived, was extremely professional, polite and courteous. We had a furnace and air conditioning condenser replaced in our modular home. I obtained three quotes. Brian from All Seasons clearly did the best job of preparing a quote specific to our situation and needs. This was not true of his competitors. Brian was very responsive, explained things well, and was readily available by phone, text, and email. I was also very pleased with my contacts with his office staff.
The system price was competitive, but I was equally concerned with the expertise of his installation staff. Brian touted his installers, and they did not disappoint me. They were polite, professional, and hard working. They obviously knew what they were doing and the install went smoothly. They were also very careful moving equipment in and out of the the house and cleaned up after themselves.

Francisco "Frankie" was on time, accessed the washing machine box water supply problem quickly, explained what he was going to do to fixit and completed the whole thing in a timely manner. However I do need some repairs and I feel that four seasons is probably a wonderful company but when you're on a fixed income you guys are just too expensive you don't take care of senior citizens or veterans what you should do there are companies and La that really give good discounts to us. But I guess that's the policy of all the big companies here in the valley I need it freon but it was also too expensive.! Had a leak in the kitchen on a Friday afternoon while a tenant was staying in my unit for the month. Called two other companies I have used in the past who could not accomodate me until Sat and/or after the weekend. All Seasons was able to get a technician to my property in less than an hour. He was very professional and fixed the leak immediately. I will definately be using them again in the future as I have two rentals in the area.
All Seasons provided professional and friendly service on 2 separate occasions, for 2 separate jobs. One was large, replacing a failing water heater with a state of the art tankless heater, and the other replacing some faucets. Each time the crew was clean and play, arrived on time, and worked until the job was complete. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Be very careful when choosing this company. I requested an a/c duct service consultation back in May 2nd, 2014 to All Seasons. the technician came and told me we needed to replace the whole ducting system in my house for a new one. Then, he gave me an outrageous proposal of over $10,000.00 USD. I decided to compare it with other two other companies just to make sure. The two other companies told me there was no need to change the system at all, and both proposed to only do some minor repairs and the estimate they presented to me was just above $1,000.00 USD. The a/c system at my house has since then been working property. I have also tried to cancel the service agreement with this company right after knowing their only interest was just to take financial advantage of their customers. As of today, I have not been able to get my money back even that i talked directly to David Beale, business owner and he promised me that he will take care of this immediately. I believed him at the time (12 days ago), but he is not even responding to my emails asking for updates about my refund check. VERY POOR SERVICE AT ALL LEVELS!!
I called several AC companies in town. All reputable companies with a long standing reputation in the Valley.The first company gave me a verbal estimate over the phone while the second company did take the time to send me an email outlining all the different options and the cost associated with each one. However, neither of them offered to come by the house to take a look at the unit and give me ideas on what should be done. I called All Seasons air conditioning & plumbing and right away, starting with Monica that answers the phone, i was greeted politely and she scheduled a technician to come over that same day. Dave, the owner, showed up at my house together with Tyler, the technician. Dave took all the time we needed in order for us to understand what needed to be done. He explained to us the unit we needed and came up with some great ideas on changing some of the ducting so that the unit would better perform and provide maximum air flow through the house. We also had a UV light installed on the new AC return. Tyler, was very polite and also extremely knowledgeable. Once we agreed on a unit and the cost Tyler and Frankie showed up the next day ready to start the job. We knew that an AC unit wasn't going to be cheap. We did shop around for pricing and we had a cheaper price and we also had more expensive options but it wasn't so much about cost anymore. All Seasons made us feel comfortable and confident that they were the right choice. They were punctual. Shortly after Tyler and Frankie arrived Dave also stopped by. Throughout the whole process Dave was there everyday. It showed me that All Seasons truly cares about their customers. Tyler & Frankie were great! They were always on time, very respectful and always kept the job site clean. We also agreed on a whole home water filtration system. We couldn't be happier with it. Robert was the technician that installed the unit and like the rest of the staff that we got to know, Robert was no different. He was polite, knowledgeable, on time, communicative and a very efficient technician. We know the expense and stress that a new AC system can create but dealing with All Seasons Air Conditioning & Plumbing put us at ease knowing that it was going to be done right the first time and that we could count on them for any future service or issues. All Seasons is Terrible. They do not have the ability to repair my leaking water line. They dug up and replaced two lines but my meter is still moving and 6 feet of standing water remain and I've paid them $4,500 on July 1.. I' gave them several months to respond and have had to call in two additional plumbers to fix and paid for those two calls too.. They have no quality control or follow up. Oh and my yard is a mess, they left the opening to under the house open & I asked to have that closed 3 times but nothing so 4th of July came and of course cats, varments, etc. get scared and go under the house. All; Seasons would not just come out to close the opening but no I had to have a telephone repairman help me out. Taking advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income and who is disabled is truly a crime as well as immoral. You hear about all these scams against senior well here is one.
I highly suggest not using them unless you want more trouble plus being out monies.
My furnace stopped blowing hot air so I gave them a call. They were at the house with-in 2 hrs, diagnosed the problem and had the part on their truck. It was fixed and now my house is nice and warm again.

I started a remodel project and within scope of my project was to get the A/C working correctly. I called All Seasons heating and A/C and my system needed a slight redesign and I wanted whole house air filtration and WiFi thermostat. Our house is in the Coachella valley so anyone from area understands what heat really is. Fast forward, they quoted a fair price - I agreed to estimate, paid fair deposit to begin in timely manner. The best part it works better than I actually expected and much quieter.
I never do reviews but I felt in this case I had a little time but also share they did a good job.

Jervon called and confirmed his arrival time to perform my bi-annual service. He arrived on time and was a very pleasant young man. He had no problem with wearing booties inside the house. He performed the service efficiently and informed me of his findings explaining thoroughly what will need attention in the near future.

Ms. Gonzalez was courteous and polite. Ms. Gonzalez was very informative and helpful with getting what I need to be done with my project in an effective manner.
Gas leak on Saturday. Casey came over on that afternoon to access the situation. He said the access needed to be more open to replace the pipe. He quoted $700-800. Casey was very positive and had a great attitude. He asked his boss to come by and find a solution. Zack came by about 7pm and said replacing the vertical pipe wouldn't work. He said we needed to run a new gas line underground and then upto the roof and then back to the house access point. He said that would cost about $7-8, OOO. On Sunday I had a friend who was a retired plumbing contractor look at it and said the pipe could be replaced but needed more dirt removed to get better access. I hired a guy for $50 who dug the access. We removed the leaking pipe and replaced it with a new one for about $50. BEWARE OF HUGE QUOTES.... GET A SECOND OPINION.

The tech came out to look at my a/c, and after the diagnosis wanted to charge me $400 to replace a $20 part that would take 5 minutes to replace. I understand that there are hourly rates and margins on parts, but $475 seems like a ridiculous price. If they would have offered a decent price I would have had them replace it right there, but they didn't. The tech was very friendly and professional and even asked his boss to give me a better price, which he did, but it was only about a $75 discount, which still brings the total to $325 for a $20 part and 5 minutes to put it in. Maybe this is a standard rate? Not sure.
Jervon professionally diagnosed the problem(s) with our A/C unit, offered options for repair, then completed repairs and service efficiently. As our intent is to replace and upgrade the system, he arranged for an appointment and estimate later the same day. Well done!
