Very nice place overlooking Venice. Very good service, clean, all ok, point deduction for aircraft noise, industry and harbor noise.

This is an excellent site with very helpful staff. There is easy access into Venice by vaporetto. Great views across the water to Venice.

Great campsite, is close to a large industrial area, but the location is ideal for driving to Venice. Day ticket 13 euros with the ferry. Swimming is not possible here, and there is also no pool

Great and very relaxed campsite. Pitch can be selected and the neighbors have been all very nice :) you have a great view of the lagoon and can see the skyline of Venice. That breaks. Price goes well and there is a direct ferry over to the island

The campground is a nice clean facility. The bungalows and maxicaravans are a nice alternative to camping for a fair price. Occasionally there is live music which can be a little loud if you want to sleep early. It is very easy to get to Venice by bus/train or boat. A small grocery store and a restaurant are found on the campground, though if you have a car you might want to pick food up from a larger supermarket about 15 min. away for a better price and selection. I highly recommend it as an affordable place to stay while visiting Venice and the surrounding islands.

Order, clean, ok. Not far from Venice. 3 nights in the 2 person cottage 144, shower, toilet, cupboards, air conditioning;
no kitchen, no fridge (only a few cabins are equipped with kitchen).
You can swim in the pool (not in the sea).

We were there 1 night, everything was fine. Best starting point for visiting Venice. Approx. 20 minutes by boat in the center. Sanitary facilities are already outdated, but for a short stay is sufficient. Small pool is very cool and clean, nice cooling in the Italian heat. Small supermarket is fine. Staff is friendly and German speaking. Can only recommend. Price 34 euros is completely acceptable. Places are with a lot of shade.

There are regular boats to Venice from the campsite.
Also well located for holidaymakers in Greece, as the ANEK ferry port is right next to it!

Beautiful place, great for getting around and going to Venice without having to think about the car, comfortable accommodation with everything, good restaurant to recommend, shame about the bar staff, rude and uncooperative especially in the morning for breakfasts or aperitifs, the staff indicated there is not at all suitable for contact with customers.

Very pretty place. And very accessible. It is cheaper to move from here to other places than from Florence.
The beautiful cabins !!! I would definitely come back here if I come to Venice again.

Room good quality, good services and restau effective

The campsite is ideal for reaching Venice. The way to the ferry is approx. 100 meters. Tickets can be bought directly in the camp, where you will also receive friendly advice.
All facilities in the camp are clean and well maintained.

Anyone looking for restful sleep here will not be happy here. Every night there was noise from tourists shouting music and loudspeaker announcements. In addition, every 5 minutes a plane flies low over the camp, which also disturbs the night's sleep. The place is designed for the crowd and not for relaxation. After all, all tourist buses are stranded here. Reservations are compulsory!
The pool may only be used with a swimming cap and is strictly guarded, whereby the lifeguard was mostly only busy with his smartphone anyway. The water is also not very refreshing, but rather designed for fun. There is no storage space by the showers and could sometimes be retrofitted.

Our conclusion (young family with 2 children): okay for one night, but not longer.

The camping is not bad, although the facilities leave a little to be desired the bathroom nor has paper NEVER. The beaches of the area very normal with a couple of areas of FREE beach usually almost all the beach is for a fee .....

Special camping in the industrial area. 1 minute to the ferry, which takes you to Zaretta, Venice within 25 minutes. A highlight are the huge ships that pass right in front of you. The equipment of the campsite itself is ok. Friendly and helpful staff.

We came here by car, free parking right next to the house, which has air conditioning, kitchen, shower and toilet. It is very convenient to swim from here to Venice, a veporetto swims every hour. The area itself, a continuous industrial zone, has nowhere to go for a walk, only to sail to Venice. There is a small pool on the territory, near which young people are constantly hanging out.

I have the boat in the dock for some years now and I would like to give the stars to the guys from the cranes and the staff that always helps us with extreme professionalism and kindness, plus the post boat services are not lacking (even if perhaps to those who use all the year the camping a discount card for drinks at the bar and pizzeria would not be a wrong choice )

Two nights out of three we did not sleep because a pile of fire comes out of the factory's chimneys, which is a terrible noise. The camping itself is nice and close to the ferry to Venice, but what about how a factory does not allow you to live normally

No warm water, only after search an other shower. No Beach. To expensiv.

Excellent place, very good location to go to Venice, next to the ferry terminal which runs every hour ( 7.5 per way 12 round trip). You can get a bonus for 3 days for 24 adults and 12. children, which gives you unlimited access. In 20 minutes you left on the island, another 20 min walk from Piazza San Marco's. Appropriate bathrooms, there are some more modern and some older exterior, but in general, with soap to wash your hands. Access is good, very wide streets and plots with many trees and good shade. You can locate in the location that you like, free camping format. It has a supermarket that, apart from being small, is very expensive, but it helps you to buy essential things. Attentive and friendly staff at all times, The price for car, caravan and family of 4 is 45 per day, so very good.
By the way the mosquitoes roam freely throughout the enclosure, waiting for soft-skinned tourists to come to those who draw their blood, so take a good repellent (and of course, a good calming cream) At least there are no pigeons ( they are all in San Marcos taking pictures with tourists)

Cozy but small. Would have asked for but bigger rooms.Otherwise a great place to stay, as it already offers a ferry directly to Venice.

Perfect location to explore Venice. Boat to Venice every hour directly in front of the campsite. Restaurant tastes good, ambience needs improvement. Showers very good, lots of space and clean.

Ideal campsite to visit Venice, with a vaporetto stop in front, a lot of shade and undefined pitches but it is very spacious, the only thing that if you need light the cable has to be long to reach the connection. Would return.

Pretty good site. Can't fault the access to Venice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Despite warnings of noise and plenty of Kontiki campers it wasn't too bad. We stayed on plenty of places on this trip that were noisier. However bring a gallon of mossie repellent. Even then it won't be enough. Camp shop was great - even had a good gluten free section.

Perfect location within easy reach of the island ( plus great view of the the city from the camping.) Nice rooms. The best thing about this place is the staff: extremely helpful, very welcoming and friendly

In my opinion the best camping ever !!! The organization of everything knocks you off your feet !!!
So, there are very nice people at the reception, they will tell you everything, help you, tell you and give you additional maps and show you where to go. The campsite has a working swimming pool, shop, a few restaurants (prices are ok, they won't clean your wallet), very clean, well-made bathrooms, laundry facilities. It is possible to rent a holiday home if you don't have your own tent or campervan. The campsite is clean, tidy, one of the best I've ever seen. And the biggest bonus is the hourly boat departing to Venice, cruise tickets can be purchased at the campsite reception.

For Venice there is nothing better, silent, comfortable for San Marco and trees, amazing for having a boat of any kind. Venice and in front of you, along with the lagoon, the beautiful and the less beautiful. An extraordinary and well-served observatory.

Peace and quiet, swimming pool, bar ... what more do you need at the campsite ...

Large pitches, convenient access to the dock with ample parking, very wooded with pitches on grassy lawns mostly in the shade. Decent bathrooms. Uncomfortable showers in the old part where the designer has created the pit small, adjoining shower room with toilet, with no room to hang clothes and a bathrobe, with mixer adjacent to the showerhead whose lever is easy inadvertently move while rinsing. Really a terrible thought ... Do not expect a beach and a sea to swim in. Those who come here do so to visit Venice, Murano, Burano, Torcello or the lagoon and not to go to the beach. In front of the campsite, on the side facing the lagoon, huge cruise ships hauled in the port by two tugs. Although not very poetic, this is also a show not to be missed. Adjacent to the campsite, piers for boarding. Equally close the huge tourist and commercial port and, alas, numerous refineries and fuel depots which certainly spoil the landscape. Several airplanes pass over the campsite, seen the nearby airport. The evening is the result a little 'noisy, due to the presence at the bar in groups of boys until one in the morning sang and schiamazzato. Small market with groceries, overpriced dear (a bottle of common beer at room temperature 4 euros ..). Many mobile homes, not resident. The campsite is perhaps the most convenient and fastest way to reach Venice.

Pleasant place with small room and in trailers, but well-equipped. There is a kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom. The cottage has air conditioning and the property has a laundry. There is no shortage of the store, pizzeria, restaurant and the place where you can buy vaporetto tickets. There are many campers here
. The lady at the pizzeria speaks Polish. I recommend this camping.

In this place all the mosquitoes in Italy are born, there are light fixtures hanging from the trees to kill them.
The bathrooms are dirty.
The good thing about this place is that at the door there is a jetty for the vaporetto that takes you in a few minutes to the heart of Venice.
Quite noisy camping but the best option to visit Venice cheaply.
Bring anti-mosquitoes, or a protective net and repellants.

Wanted a room for 55 , the gentleman at the front desk said there was no ... just camping. Ok then. 5 for the car and 11 for me. Now on departure 9 were charged for tent (?) ... I don't care about the 2 , find the handling by the operator insufficient.

Location would be fine so far.

Oh yes, a person I knew then called, after which the man suddenly understood neither English nor Italian when they spoke to the room.

The sanitary facilities are very old. Wi-Fi is only available in the bungalows.

Nice big and comfortable campsite to visit Venice. With the ferry that leaves every hour you arrive at 10 minutes from San Marco on foot.

We had a parking space right on the water. Great view of the island. If you do not mind passing ships and small boats from time to time, you should definitely reserve a parking space by the water (separate area at the campsite, special booking required). Otherwise free parking space choice. In the evening unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes. Sanitary facilities clean. Restaurant ok. Friendly staff. The boat for the crossing to Venice can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Ferry to Patras had to leave now 1 week! wait for next ferry super

Pros.: all in Place (Showers, laundry, nice Green Spots with view to venice) and good to visit venice (25min by boat)

Cons: very loud cause of lots of drunken Teens and very aggressive mosquitos^^

Really great campsite.
With seats right on the water (but also quite loud) or nicely under trees.
There is something for every taste.
Is not cheap but for the location, short distances to Venice.
The sanitary facilities are OK.
The old sanitary facilities are probably only there because of the architect.
The newer systems behind it are good.
We really liked it here and we will definitely be back.

Well cared for and looks clean .... people helpful ... but small spaces to sleep .... near the boat to Venice

you should closed your room immediately, otherwise many mosquitoes will come. Becarefull there are many bugs bitting you while you are swimming. the bugs fly and land in your skin, the bugs didnot die in the water unless you crushed them. They have public clean toilets, showers, and washing/dryer machine.

Great as a base for Venice, nothing else is going on.

The payment of the reservation site did not work. Restaurant staff not service minded and the food nothing extra.

Very great place! Fast at the boat and very good hospitality from the staff. They really think along with you! However .. bring mosquito repellent !! It is also nice to know if there are neighbors next to your mobile home. The mobile homes are linked and therefore you get a lot of noise. Especially when your neighbors are multiplying.

Perfect camping to visit venice, we bought the tickets in the parquing right next to reception. Clean bathrooms, flat and very flat plots. From reception they indicated us where to put us so as not to hear the music, very nice, they gave us map and schedules of vaporeto. We went with a dog, perfect, no problem. Right price, to be Venice ... Super only for very urgent emergencies.

For the possibility of visiting from there, the place is ideal. We stood by the water and had a good view of Venice and the ships, but also their stench and noise. Everything was ok, as I said suitable for short trip.

Unfortunately we were so attacked by mosquitoes on both evenings that we were totally stuck. Hence a star deduction.

Great camping spot!! A boat ride to Venice and the price is reasonable

Ideal location to discover Venice, the pier is two minutes away. Friendly welcome, we could test the restaurant very well. Sanitary and showers very clean. We came for Easter, the campsite was not full.

Nice campsite to visit Venice for a day. You can leave by boat to Venice, so no parking problems and such. Campsite is in port area.

Excellent camping, new bungalows, cozy and very well cleaned! The structure offers various services such as coin-operated laundry, bars, restaurants, mini-markets etc. There is a shuttle service, but also the bus stop at the campsite exit. Fantastic view of the Venice lagoon!

The campsite is in a great location and with a bit of luck you can get hold of one of the pitches with a view of Venice. Ferry rides can be picked up directly at the campsite for a fair price.
There is a star deduction for the sanitary facilities, which could be a bit more modern.

Beautiful place with the camper. View of Venice, the coming and going of sea-going vessels. Excellent showers and toilets. Less than a 10 minute walk from the ferry to Venice.
