Ideal starting point for visiting Venice. The ferry can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and it takes about 15 minutes to Zattere (near Canale Grande). Directly on the bank of the square you can watch the ocean-going ships being towed to Mestre. From our parking space we could look directly at the Serenissima. The staff is friendly and courteous, the pitches are well maintained under the trees.
Restaurant, pool etc. was closed as we were there right after the corona lockdown and almost the only guests.
The sanitary facilities are clean, but mostly totally outdated.
Nearby restaurants are nonexistent and the area is a bit run down - typical harbor and industrial area. We were advised not to leave the campsite without a car when it was dark.

I report my experience: on July 28th I call the campsite at 3.55pm. I ask if a rubber dinghy could be launched on Saturday 29th. A boy's answer: no problem. Essay Saturday with the dinghy to 12. A girl at the reception sent me away because we do not accept the external. No help, no attempt to remedy, worse than a public counter. I tell him that I would have signaled his indifference to the limit of rudeness and shrugs. Bad people very bad impression. Just for foreigners of good mouth.

Good camping, cozy environment. Bungalows with a bath are perfect for a few days. Business and bar are very short opening hours. Pool is nice clean. I don't know more about it because I had no time to try it in four days.

It is a very large campsite, with all kinds of services. At the reception they were very friendly. The pitches are very good. There are boats every hour that take you and bring you from Venezia for 13 euros per person.
In the pool you need to wear a hat (3 euros at the reception) as in most campsites in Italy. The restaurant and the market have very rare schedules and close very soon.

Bad showers. Dirty washing machines and dryers and the detergent machine also very filthy. A lot of noise in the evening and from 4:00 in the morning a lot of noise from the ships. Also in the flight path of aircraft. Not a quiet campsite.

So far the most beautiful campsite on our trip. Pitches by the sea with sunrise over Venice. Lightning-fast sanitary facilities. Beautiful pitch meadow with trees. Easy check-in in the morning at 1 o'clock after arrival by ferry. Lots of space in October and very pleasant for dogs who could run free in the meadow. Ferry to Venice every hour 3 min away from the campsite.

Strategically located campsite, you are there with the ferry service within 20 minutes in the heart of Venice. Beautiful view over the water with the skyline of Venice. Friendly ladies at dex reception, furthermore good facilities. Only the plumbing was disappointing. Showers fresh. Toilets fairly clean.

Campsite is ideally located for a city visit of Venice. Several times a day there is a direct boat connection from the campsite to the city and back. The place has a good, clean infrastructure including shop, restaurant and playground. Anyone who gets a pitch on the water has a direct view of Venice, if not just a large passing ship obstructs the view. Wi-Fi costs extra.

The location is amazing. Overlooking Venice. Perfect location to be out of the city but only a short ferry ride across. Reasonably priced ferry at 13 return. The site itself has everything you could need. Lots of showers, places to wash up. Clean toilets. Park and swimming pool. All really well kept. We parked in the green area which we found to have plenty of space. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Onsite shop well stocked with fresh bread and all essentials. Only downside were the mosquitos. There were loads. We all got bitten really badly and caused us to be unable to sit out in the evening which was a shame.

We were lucky to find an offer for Pasqua and 4 nights on a plot we got a very good price. The campsite is clean and maintained. You can place the motorhome in the space that you like, without plots. The best thing is, the Fusina terminal is 5 minutes away on foot and in another 20 minutes you are in Venice. The worst, they spend the whole day above and in the morning there are freighters that enter the port making a lot of noise. When we return to Venice, we will repeat without a doubt.

Nice camping, placed under the airopirt landing coloir planes are landing all day and night and very close to the port, the ship's noises are present all day and night also. Camping is very clean, has lots of facilities and there is a dedicated boat line to Venetian island that costs only 13 euros, last return is at 22:30 at night

Not recommendable. Have never experienced something like that. We had a kind trailer to stay overnight. Just disgusting. There was mold on the ceilings, everything in the shower. It was not cleaned before our arrival. The floor was totally dirty. We had ants on the ceiling and on the walls. The worst part was that we had our child with us. We could only walk in with shoes. There were stains on the sheets. We are happy to be out here again.

To visit Venice optimally. We were in the caravan on the square. Free seats. No fixed seats so arrive early.
Most places are under trees and have meadow. Very nice.
The new sanis are clean and well maintained.
The power connection with 16 Amper is good.
Every hour a ferry goes directly to the square to Venice.
In the evening always slight noise through the harbor area. The pitches directly on the water are small and must be reserved.
The pool is good. Bread rolls and drinks are available on the square.

For 5 days OK but a big vacation I would not do there.

For the place where it is very expensive, good service, but it is in an industrial place, when entering, it seemed that it was not the place, good communication C the boat that leads Venice, very expensive the vaporetto, 28 per person, the bad I training of the ship's employees, it has led me not to pass, three days, as the owner says, in his review, he did not inform us well we only spent a day in Venice, the tikeck cost us 28 euros per person, but we knew that It was 3 days, the guy who is at the window, very bad service, thank you, for clarifying, that this comment will help other users to enjoy, more and better from venice

Great campsite, perfect location, fantastic helpfull and friendly staff. Ferry station very close to the campsite. Lovely pool and 2 restaurants to choose from. My reason for a 3 star!.... the mozzies are a real problem, you cannot sit outside to enjoy breakfast etc. This can be controlled by the campsite. Second reason..the wifi coverage is very very poor. I could not stay connected at times and it made bookings and payments so difficult. If both these issues were fixed you would get a 5 star from me. Still love your campsite, hopefully next time It is all sorted.

Campsite with impressive views of Venice and right by the ferry dock; sanitary facilities and prices in order, in the evening it can sometimes be a bit louder due to the beer garden and passing ships!

The camp site is located on the harbor and there is much to see. Several times a day and at night really big ships pass by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a tourist info here, tickets for museums, gondola rides and excursions etc. can be booked. Hourly. a ferry goes to Venice. So close to the water, mosquitoes are a problem so precautionary meetings.

Perfect for a trip to Venice.

Just for a few days. Short curtains and as soon as the sun comes out you are awake. The entrance door of the bungalow was short and 1 finger was missing underneath, I put a towel to keep the insects or other animals out .. nice swimming pool, very very clean and super nice staff. Prices above average but I ate well. Sleep with the caps because ships and airplanes pass at any time .. one step away from Venice and the direct ferry is around the corner.

The campsite is beautifully landscaped and you can choose the pitch (at least in the off season). Since it is located directly on the water, you have a good view of Venice. In addition, the passenger ferry there in about 2-3 minutes walk from the CP away; Tickets are available at the reception or on the ferry (payable here only with a card). Disadvantage of the location in the industrial area are the occasional aircraft and harbor noise.
Nevertheless, a visit to this CP is worthwhile if Venice is the destination. The bar and restaurant invite you to linger, there is a playground, the sanitary facilities are clean and there are many shady spots under trees on a lawn.

The camp is nicely decorated, clean .. Suitable for anyone who does not mind the sound of airplanes, (near the airport), and ships .. cargo and others (near the port) .. I liked it .. just missing an outdoor pool. The closest swimming is possible by boat in Lido, for which campers have a discount. In the camp there is a pizzeria, a shop (1kg of tomatoes 4 ), a restaurant or a bar where coffee, as we drink in Slovenia, is difficult to earn, coctail napr . vodka + oran ada 7 . The weakness is also that they speak mainly only Italian, then a little English can be German

An ideal camping to visit Venice. Two minutes away is the vaporeto boarding station to Venice, the tickets can be bought directly from the reception, the price being 13 euros, returning. As of March, unfortunately in the camping area everything seemed to be left and closed. However, the image of the boats that cross the canal near the campground attracts everyone's eyes. Note 10 for receiving warmth and useful information on arrival at the campsite, from the reception. Price for one night, with a camper and 2 persons, 24 euros (at the end of March and ADAC card). P.S. Italia e bella!

On our trip through southern Europe, this was the campsite with the most interesting view.

The ferry to Venice is just a few minutes' walk from the campsite.

A reservation on site is recommended to get a parking space at the water's edge. And you are also open to short-term cancellations / rebooking.

But pay attention to the correct billing of your stay when you leave.

The sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired. We spent two nights there and only washed in our mobile home.
