I bought a camera stabilizer (Rollei wild cat mini) from Spain. I decided to use CameraNU as this item is not easy to find at all. Price was not cheap and delivery very expensive, 25 if not mistaken. At least the delivery was fast, but the product was obviously used in the past. It had sign of usage and there was "dirt" inside the box. Will not repeat.

I wanted to exchange my Canon EOS 7D Mark ii with 3 lenses for a compact camera. After emails back and forth we agreed on a possible trade-in price. My choice fell on the Nikon P1000 or the Sony cybershot DSC-RX10 Mark IV. But still wanted to know the differences of both compact cameras and advice on this. And definitely try it out !!! For me it is about 160 km to get to Urk. So first call if I could try them out. Well that was no problem, so I headed for Urk. When I got there I could only try out the Nikon P1000, so the Sony was NOT exposed to security. And that could not be removed, the seller has yet to ask a colleague, but he clearly said no, since we do not start too much work to disconnect it, could only test in the store with security on it. And buying a camera for such a price and not being able to test it properly is incredible. But then they should not say on the phone that it is possible to test both !!! So after 1/2 hour I was outside again, where did your service go ?? And again 160 km back home. Without result!!! We had good experiences with you but unfortunately now completely disappeared. So no more CameraNU with me !!!

Online the best webshop there is for the Dutch market. Their shop on Urk is an extension of the webshop, although I don't like the 'pull-a-number-and-someone-come-help-you' at all.

On Monday I placed an order for a flash that I need on Saturdays for a wedding photography. This would be delivered Tuesday evening by Trunkrs. Not so. On Wednesday I had contact with the carrier, who indicated that various data were wrong in the system and that they would start an investigation. Thursday morning I would be called back. Not so. Call again yourself. Investigation was still ongoing, but I really needed that flash that Saturday. Called CameraNU and they helped me out. They send me the flash again, but now via Postnl. I am completely reassured again. Thank you CameraNU! I was already a customer of you but I will certainly continue to do so. Excellent service, friendly people, in one word TOP!
