The best parts store in the high desert.... 5 star service

Napa is the best chain auto parts store out there. They still carry or can order everything you need to keep rolling. A friend lost a caliper bolt about a mile from one of the other stores and they didn't have much hardware. Sent us to home depot and they didn't have them. Called Napa about 2 miles away. Had everything we needed. I am going to stop shopping at the other MBA corporate run store's.

Gotta love NAPA probably one of the auto part store out here that has almost everything you need in store. Found everything I needed for my integra there were at other places they need to order my parts. The place to go

Great service! I went in to get some wheel beads was having trouble finding them and all the gentlemen at the counter were just talking for over 5 min as I stood there, not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. A young lady pushing a cart first thing she does is ask me if I need any help I said yes I do. So she stopped what she was going to do just to walk me over to we re the tire section was and when I didn t see what I needed so I asked her if we carry them she said let s go on over to the counter and see if we can order what it is I needed, she passed me over to a guy at the counter which thank you so much to the young lady who acknowledged me and for the help and also to the guy at the counter. It s guys like u that make customers feel appreciated and want to come back maybe your co workers can learn a bit on how to treat a customer. Again thank you two for the little things that make people feel good

Great place but there not that many around so warranty parts are hard to get done

always have what I need, when I need it. Best place in town to get my Diesel Power Plus fuel treatment.

Garbage. Won't honor returns. AutoZone is down the street. Go there and get it cheaper and with a policy they uphold.

The guys in there know there stuff, very helpful and informative, like family in there, Napa is always better then autozone and orielly

twice as expensive as O'Rileys and customer service sucks. O'Rileys is only 1 mile away go there if you can.

This is my first visit to this store and I already like it. They seem to have more stuff than their closest competitors. Busy store on 7 st Victorville CA.

More knowledgeable than Auto zone and O'Reilly put together way more resourceful on foreign cars

I have been a regular customer for years. These guys (and ladies) know the parts business and always take the time to explain things. A coupel of times they saved us money by advising us to ask the mechanic an extra question or two. My wife even goes in on on her own and feels comfortable getting parts. Customer service is still alive. Thank you NAPA!

Usually they will price match as well.
3 or 4 locations in HD so they can get you what you need same day usually.

These folks track-down hard to find parts like a search and rescue team!!!
They're seasoned professionals, not just "customer service associates".

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I told them what I needed and gave me exactly what I needed. The disc and brake I got for my trucks has good warranty on them. Highly recommend Napa.

Laura and Jim is always helpful and have very good customer service. I love always coming to the store. Now ask for Jerry his customer service needs work he needs to work in the back he does not know how to greet customers nor speak to them. Nasty attitude he didn't help me with just the vibe for working with other customers there.

The block they bored for me is still running great after 40k miles.

Nice clean and Pricey parts that can be bought at other local chains for discount price. They do know there stuff as far as parts.

Joe helped me find the right size/type of windshield wiper blades for both of my vehicles and even offered to install them for me! I needed a part they didn't have in stock, the tech offered to call another NAPA to see if one could be located for pick up. Yes, from Hesperia sent over to Victorville. I was very happy it was in stock and held for pick up.
