Nice place, well-equipped houses with all the kitchen part, restaurant with a wide choice, but so-so personal and only a few know English.
The bar instead closes around 22-23 although there are still many boys on the outside tables, the bartender does not know English.

Perfect place for family, good price in bars, restaurants, everything impeccable

Rental with cleaning and good value for money for July because not too crowded and we are 50 meters from the sea and 5 minutes from downtown

Second time we come and getting better. Cleanliness, organization and tranquility guaranteed. Aloha bungalows are ideal for a family. We will return without a doubt.

Absolutley amazing place, ideal for families, very spacious place and amazing rooms, everything is on site that you need, great location to the beach and not too far from cambrils town or salou,it's like a small village, and plenty of activities for kids of all ages, definitely a place i would come back to

Spectacular resort oasis in Cambrils. Special for families with children of all ages. Pools, sports, children's entertainment, high-quality night shows.
Several restaurants, seafood, paellas, meats, hamburgers, pizzas ... and also take away.
Different rooms to sleep; simpler luxury bungalows and 1,2 or 3 bedroom apartments.
Without a doubt, it is not worth going to the Caribbean having a resort like this.
It's been many years here and my daughter never gets tired.

Wonderful excellent for children and clean family and attention

We are staying in Aloha. 3 summer seasons ago we chose this resort to enjoy our vacations. Facilities, excellent entertainment, as usual.
This year, but the attitude of the restaurant and reception staff is found that does not correspond to the level offered by the resort or the one that had in previous years. It is no longer a matter of the type of resort, it is that the attitude of some employee leaves much to be desired. It is assumed that a hospitality professional, with service vocation, performs his work with good predisposition, trying to serve the client with the kindness expected in a quality service as corresponds to the level of the campsite and trying to facilitate the requests of customers .
I have 3 episodes in the scarce 2 days that make me think that something has changed.
The reluctance to pay attention to the client by some receptionist and badly educated waiters in restoration (cases that I can detail with more data) should not be allowed in a resort where customers come to enjoy their well-deserved vacations and where the attitude What we should find on the part of the resort staff is to make us feel served with kindness proportionally to the economic effort we make in order to come to this campsite or eat in a restaurant.
That the staff is "burnt" would not have to be passed on to the clientele.

Perfect to go with children, do not pass cars through the resort, offer many services, correct cleaning, friendly staff.

Fantastic bungalow park for families. Many swimming pools and slides. Nice spacious and clean bungalows. Staff at the snack bar is not always customer-oriented. The reception is!

4 amazing pools. Lots of slides for the kids and water sprays for them to splash about in. Lifeguards on duty at each pool.
Bars for the grown-ups and great entertainment up at the top pool throughout the day and at night.
Basketball, volleyball, football courts. Table-tennis and crazy-golf. Bicycle hire (with carts or child-seats for the young-uns). And only a few mins cycle to the beach!
Brilliant time here.

Loved this place. Came with Eurocamp (UK) July 2019 and stayed in the 2 bedroom 'chalets'. At least 4 pools, cleverly separated so that all the kids / noise are having fun in one pool, and much quieter and relaxing in another (the beach pool). 10 minute wander down to the beach, and another 20 minutes or so into Salou from there. Prices on site for groceries, food and drink were very good (can of Estrella 59 cents in shop, pint around 2-3 euro), you're not getting ripped off here. The restaurant food is really good for this type of site, better than most local restaurants, and still really good value. Definitely recommend.

Spectacular Glamping, great variety of bungalows (Villa Bonita my favorite) especially indicated for families with children. Awesome night shows !!!

Very well maintained and very familiar, very good facilities too

Lovely bright shop. Sparkling. Staff lovely. Great selection of gifts, jewellery and good price range. Purchased confirmation medal, watch battery and will be bringing in a ring to be sized

It has almost everything, a pity that in the current situation there are things that obviously cannot work. Total rest and quality 10 of facilities and cleaning. We will be back.

Camping resort with good facilities but with a rather burned-out and rude staff to say the least.

In one day 2 problems:

1. In a restaurant in the Mediterranean area we ask for a table on the terrace and they give us umbrellas, we tell them to adjust them to do their job of providing shade and in the end we have to do it ourselves after they look at you badly.
2. Restaurant in the area where the shows are held, after notifying a waiter several times to bring us the bill, even indicating it to a colleague. He brings it to us, he confronts me, verbally and physically threatening me, and when he asks for his name to file a claim, he throws his identification badge on the table. All this in front of my family and friends who camped me.

If this is the way they treat people, they better shut up and dedicate themselves to something else.

By the way, I WILL NOT COME BACK.

Update: there has been no response despite filing a claim after almost 2 weeks.
Mid-October update: still unanswered. A TRUE IMPRESENTABLES.

Hotel that does not deserve its 4 stars. The staff is very nice but the rooms are not up to standard

It is our fiveth ocasion in which we spend our summer holidays there. The pleca is wonderful for children with many activities, beautiful pools and very kindle people

I attended the great Canyon Cambrils Park background. The resort is very beautiful.

I have spent 6 nights / 7 days exelens very nice and very good service. I have been traveling for 4 years, the first one was in the villabonite area, and the other four in the Mediterranean part of the apartments.

Lack a bit of activity for adults there was more football I like is a lot lacking the former animator if not at the top great

Is it possible that I have to communicate with you in this way? We are staying in a bungalow and you have three warnings of ours -in 24h.- to solve two problems that are still not fixed. When you check-in and install, the problems may seem easy to solve, but when you have been waiting 24 hours and three people tell you that they are going, but they do not solve anything, the image gets worse at times.

Incredible family weekend. I have no words to describe the complex, which have not been said already!
Everything is millimetric to perfection whatever your style. We have only used 20% of the services, neither restaurants, nor miniclub, nor animation. We are going very to our ball! And still, it is spectacular.

It is quite good in terms of facilities, but there is a decrease in terms of restoration, as well as in more varied activities for children and greater control for them in terms of employees.

Beautiful resort with do much to do and fantastic facilities

Excellent park and amenities, but I m home over 3 weeks now and have still not received my 50 refund. Emails and calls are being ignored. Very disappointed.

Nice family park, we went here in august 2018 with two children in villa bonita. Overall we had a good holiday!

-many mistakes made at bar forum, and no apology made
-focussed on spanish and english people. A few dutch words especially for the children would make the entertainment (like the minidisco) a better experience
-the staff is correct, but not really client oriented, eg: staff that walk around in the parc dont greet guests, staff in the restaurants dont ask if the food s nice or how you re doing. Reception gives little information and seems to have little time for the guests. A request for new sheets was promised to be taken care of asap but we never got them.

It is a luxury campsite, in which there is no place for caravans or tents, they are prefabricated accommodation, there are 3 or 4 different pool environments and it is always full

Fantastic family resort, 5 pools, 3 boutiques, shopping market, bakers loads of pubs/restaurants. So safe for the children and very well recommended.
