Camping resort with good facilities but with a rat...

Camping resort with good facilities but with a rather burned-out and rude staff to say the least.

In one day 2 problems:

1. In a restaurant in the Mediterranean area we ask for a table on the terrace and they give us umbrellas, we tell them to adjust them to do their job of providing shade and in the end we have to do it ourselves after they look at you badly.
2. Restaurant in the area where the shows are held, after notifying a waiter several times to bring us the bill, even indicating it to a colleague. He brings it to us, he confronts me, verbally and physically threatening me, and when he asks for his name to file a claim, he throws his identification badge on the table. All this in front of my family and friends who camped me.

If this is the way they treat people, they better shut up and dedicate themselves to something else.

By the way, I WILL NOT COME BACK.

Update: there has been no response despite filing a claim after almost 2 weeks.
Mid-October update: still unanswered. A TRUE IMPRESENTABLES.
