Extremely difficult company to deal with. Ordered a dock seal on March 3 expecting the assured 6 week time frame to have it arrive. The continues to drag their feet and didn't notify us of the need to change the original quoted product. They ended up sending the wrong one - blamed the supplier and did very little initially to help solve the problem. Ended up sending additional parts to fix the issue, but were terrible at keeping us up with time lines and expected delivery time. As it was the final (and required) pieces of the seal arrive on October 30. Go elsewhere if at all possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced One star is FAR to good of a rating!!!

I just want to say what an enjoyable experience it has been working with your company.; through the beginning when I met with Maureen to the last details with Luke & April. Professional and thorough to a fault. This was a significant purchase and included permits and engineering. This was handled by Maureen and team with the utmost concern for my costs and more importantly schedule. Thank you again and if anyone wants to come buy to see your work I'm just a phone call away. Extremely frustrated with this company. Product is supposed to be delivered the next day but that has never happens. Normally about a week. And when something is not in stock or back ordered you are never informed. This has happened several times. I put a rush on a product and same thing. Arrived 4 days later!!! It was supposed to arrive the same day I placed the order. Do not recommend at all! Go someplace else if you want fast efficient service.

I always receive my shipment on time even though i'm in Edmonton!!

Very professional drawings from the drafting department. They even take into count the majority of smaller details that can effect installation and servicing in the future. Good work guys!
