Ghetto.....Even when u keep to yourself somehow the drama follows you.....no control in the work place worked there a whole year.....secretaries flirting with the guys on the floor bending over showing her thong....Be careful for the coaches they always play 2 sides....worst place to work at I promise you.....raise "ha" they penny pinch go find a career doing a 9-5 not a job for teenagers maybe ....easy job though as long as you know how to read.... only good thing that's where the 1 star came in at

Omg I love this place. I interviewed and got hired ten mins after I left the building. Everyone was very nice from the Secretary to HR staff! This is the beginning of a very lucrative relationship! I can grow here. Won't he do it!!!

Good thing this is leaving Rochester just all the way around bad company

Worst job to work for was there 4 years no promotion no growth they lie and says their room for promotion we hire within that was a lie. They show favoritism. And treat their employees like trash. Their goal at that call center is to fire all the veteran agent that s making good money to hire a bunch of teenagers @
10.40 hr also don t get fired cause word on the street no one gets unemployment from here and that came from the mouth of upper management stay away from call vista. I wish there was an option to give the no stars It s so many other call center to got to so if I was you this one would not be an option for me
