MONTMARTRE WAS THE COMMON GEOGRAPHIC DENOMINATOR FOR MANY OF THE ARTISTS INCLUDED IN THIS EXHIBITION.

The exhibition, which consists of more than 350 works with international loans from public and private collections, represents a journey through the bohemian Paris of centuries. A multidisciplinary exhibition to understand the fundamental role that the spirit of Montmartre had in the development of modern art, and the way in which Toulouse-Lautrec and his contemporaries influenced the evolution of ephemeral artistic production: posters, illustrations, prints and designs, that expanded bohemian spirit and artistic creations to new audiences.

The exhibitions are always very good, first they are in Barcelona and then in Madrid, the vast majority.
The building is surprising, renovated by the famous Swiss architects Herzog and Demeuron, it is worth visiting, going up to the bar, appreciating the architecture.

I have recently visited this center, to see the Pixar exhibition. It has many plants where different exhibitions are shown in each one. They have a very affordable price, guided tours are recommended, although they increase their price a bit, you take advantage of the visits. At peak times, there is quite a lack of information on where you have to wait and where to go (with reserved visit).

The exhibitions are usually very entertaining and La Caixa always tries to put something attractive in the entrance hall. The exhibitions are novel and of cultural interest. Tickets for La Caixa customers are free.

One of the best art and art spaces in Madrid. Even if you do not want to visit any of its temporary exhibitions, which would be surprising, it is worth entering the building and climbing that futuristic staircase and visiting its store.

You can also climb the white interior staircase to take a wonderful photograph from above

A modern art gallery in the center of Madrid, I was delighted that the staff guided you and explained the meaning of the exhibition, one thing I did not like is that they forbade me to use my selfie stick without giving me an explanation and also I was not indicated nowhere in said standard

I visited Andy Warhol's exhibition. Totally recommended. It is quite short, can be seen in about 20 minutes and is very well organized. It has an area where you can listen to recordings in which Andy Warhol collaborated with the velvet underground and his recordings and a room with floating silver balloons. So pretty

Some better and worse proposals, a free culture option is always appreciated in an ideal enclave, although lately it is not so "free", at least for non-customers of laCaixa. The vertical garden of the entrance is spectacular.

It is a beautiful space, spacious, cozy and careful. I have gone to the Pharaohs exhibition and the truth has been a great experience. They also have several rooms (they also had a very cool Disney one available), they make various traveling exhibitions that you can enter with only paying once you enter. Central near Atocha Renfe. La Caixa customers have free access.

They usually have several exhibitions at the same time, so in about 2 hours you see several. It is usually an interesting one and the others curious or from NGOs. It is a perfect plan before the aperitif

About the cafeteria of Caixa Forum Madrid. Very nice space, well soundproofed, cozy in contemporary style, in a building linked to the Madrid life of another century, superbly restored.
Elegant presentation of the letter. We choose the daily menu at 13.63 with three first (stew / risotto / salad) and three seconds (rib / bowl / veal), dessert and bread. Beautiful modern tableware. With coffees ( 1.59) and beers. Total: 65.34.
Excellent value for money in the center of Madrid. Friendly and attentive waiters, fast service. Impeccable and bright bathrooms.
An establishment to remember. It is recommended.

Today we went as a family to see an exhibition about Walt Disney and his creations, the story of how he used his creativity to reach the public and build the empire he built. We have gone on a guided tour, it lasts about 50 minutes if you want to stay a little longer you have to get another type of ticket that allows you to stay a little longer inside the exhibitions. Worth!.

Intercultural space, with all kinds of exhibitions. The building is beautiful on the outside, with its vertical garden. Inside, very modern, glazed. I went to an exhibition of photographs on different ethnic groups that exposed the most typical features of the individuals of each group.

A place recommended by its location. It does not always stand out for its exhibitions, but they always have something interesting. For our visit, the most surprising was the restaurant cafe on the fourth floor. Highly recommended with an extraordinary menu at a great price. Recommended to gather strength and follow the Paseo del Padro.
