I visit here every year and buy myself a little treasure. Very friendly and helpful employees!

Sanibel is my favorite place to vacation and we have been coming here for 40 years. We discovered Congress jewelers many years ago and I have been able to take a piece of Sanibel home with me many times thanks to the beautiful sea life collection. We have always felt welcomed by the friendly family-like atmosphere of all the staff. They are very knowledgeable and are eager to share the stories behind each piece of jewelry. The details in each piece designed by them are amazing. Congress jewelers is a wonderful unique experience and we make sure we stop in every year when we are on the island.

This is a must do on Sanibel Island! They have beautiful, high quality sea life jewelry, in addition to other pieces. We shop at congress every time we visit sanibel. This year, I had the diamond from my engagement ring reset, and they did an amazing job! Melissa and Scott Congress are the owners, and they are the nicest people you could ever meet.

I've been looking for a particular necklace for sometime when I walked into this shop and found exactly what I was looking for. The sales woman was knowledgeable about the silver I wanted and let me try on several chain lengths before I settled on one. The owner also talked to us at length about the Spanish coin collection they feature. It was delightful.

The staff was wonderful and Melissa was the very best. Offered choices and was expert on her advice. Prices were more than fair. The jewelry was exquisite and some were designed and made in house. Never have I seen so much to choose from. I wish I lived closer......

It was a pleasure shopping for a college graduation gift at Congress. Carlos offered a number of great suggestions. The Atocha Ghost Galleon Sea King Ring is truly the perfect gift for this young man.

From the minute we walked through the door Linda was very helpful and welcoming. She made our visit so wonderful. She went out of her way to show us the pieces we were interested in. It was a great experience.

Outstanding customer service! They were able to repair and clean my engagement ring beautifully and with high standards! We plan to purchase our wedding bands from Congress in the future. Had a bad interaction with one saleswoman who was super dismissive of my sisters and I, despite the fact that we are all paying customers and I am definitely old enough to be in a jewelry store and have purchased fine jewelry for myself and others. You shouldn't have to be over the age of thirty and rich-looking to get attention in a jewelry store. We had charms sautered onto our charm bracelets and, unfortunately, they screwed up the placement of two charms and one of mine has now fallen off.

Walking into Congress Jewelers is always an enjoyable experience. The customer service is excellent along with the variety of jewelry, especially their Sealife line. We look foward to visiting with Alex each time we're in town.

The store has beautiful jewelry. I walked because I needed my diamond ring cleaned. I didn t buy it there, but Michelle cleaned it any. She and all of the sales people are very friendly. As we were talking, I noticed a necklace and she showed it to me - no pressure. Wasn t sure of the chain length, so she pulled out the designer s catalog to show me other chain options. I didn t purchase it, but came back to the store today and bought it. Next time on Sanibel, I ll be sure to stop.

Had reason to call today to ask to adjust a watch link. The staff could not have been more helpful, quickly rectified the bracelet size and after a very friendly conversation we were on our way. Service of the highest order and encourages us to return and shop when next in Sanibel. Management should be very proud of their team as I'm sure they are.

I have been coming to Congress jewelers every year since I made Captiva my vacation spot 8 years ago.
Every year I get a beautiful piece to add to my charm necklace to commemorate my stay here. I rarely ever take it off. Last year I bought a lovely ring. I think I have removed it maybe twice.
The Sea Life collection are hand crafted pieces cast from real shells and will last a lifetime. I get compliments all the time on my little collection.
The service you receive will be impeccable. Some pieces I have, I have requested they not be shiny and they are happy to send it to the shop and put a matte finish on them for me at no extra charge. ( Of course I apologize for changing the design of the artist to fit my needs of style)They also clean my necklace and ring every year.
My visit to Congress Jewelers is always one of the highlights of my vacation. I ve already scoped out my piece for next year. It s gorgeous!

I can t speak highly enough of how fantastic it was working with Melissa and the staff of Congress Jewelers. We had gone to a few other jewelers in Naples with our grandma s wedding ring hoping to make a custom wedding band with her stones. The other jewelers felt insensitive to the significance of the gift of our grandma s ring, and their quotes felt unreasonably high.

Congress Jewelers not only was kind, respectful, and caring when handling our grandma s ring, but they realized our vision for the wedding band we wanted. It is ABSOLUTELY perfect. It doesn t matter how far you need to drive, it will be worth the trip to Sanibel Island to receive the care and quality that these jewelers know you deserve.

Melissa was a joy to work with! She put white gold posts an sterling earrings due to my allergies. I loved a piece in yellow gold but I wear white gold. She made a white gold version for me and I even got to pick the color for the enameled part! All that at a great price!

They were all very nice and helped me find exactly what I had been looking for. When traveling I like getting jewelry that's unique to the area, and the little shell pendent I bought was exactly that.

We visit Sanibel every year and always try to pick up a piece of jewelry from the 1622 Atocha ship wreck that Mel Fisher discovered! I have known the Congress Family and several of their long time employees for many years on Sanibel Island. They have excellent employees who take a personal interest in service to their clients. I've been using Congress Jewelers for over 22 years. I do not use any other jeweler. This is because of multiple reasons.
1. Their jewelry is always unique. This is very important for my wife who doesn't want to wear the typical name brand type of offerings.
2. Their products are always very exclusive, classy, and beautiful.
3. Their entire staff. They are all very professional, know their products well, and are not pushy. I love Scot. He is a good man with a good heart.
4. They will work with you to create a custom work of art; or make some modifications to an existing piece to match your desires.
