This was my best car buying experience I've ever had. Most dealerships have young kids ready to put you in a car today but few have sales people who genuinely know their product and consider the needs of their customer before their commission. Sam Warther at Cain Toyota delivered that old school salesmanship that has been missing for the last decade. My wife and I viewed him more of a personal consultant than a salesman. He educated us on all of the options the car had and even provided lower cost options so we could make our decision. When we told him we were checking out the competition and he encouraged us to do so because of the confidence he had in his brand. A competitor made our decision easy and we quickly came back to Cain. We brought our baby and 6 year old in to purchase and the finance guy kept them entertained while we completed the process with ease. I had submitted interest in the sienna to other dealerships and received competitive offers but due to the service, it was worth paying a higher yet fair price. The service department looked great and very organized. I'm a Jeep guy, but this dealership has me seriously considering a 4 Runner for my next new vehicle.
