Gilberto Silva helped me after I was t-boned by an uninsured motorist. I suffered several compression fractures in my thoracic spine, a 10mm year in my rotator cuff, a concussion and plenty of bumps and bruises. Since the driver had no insurance, I had no choice but to sue my own insurance carrier (State Farm) to ensure medical needs were met.

Gilberto handled my case with such patience and professionalism I would trust him again. Because of my concussion I had a difficult time remembering conversations and as such, changed my mind on multiple occasions. Gilberto was patient - explained over and over why we had decided on certain things. I simply couldn t remember from day to day why I had agreed to a course of action. But Gilberto did and was able to get me back on the right page.

I was able to receive a settlement that payed my medical bills. State Farm pushed back again and again but Gilberto kept fighting for me.

I am fully recovered now and am suing the woman who hit me in small claims court. I called Gilberto to request some documents and he remembered me and quickly found what I needed. I have a trial date set for this month and the documentation will be critical for my case.
