Gilberto Silva helped me after I was t-boned by an uninsured motorist. I suffered several compression fractures in my thoracic spine, a 10mm year in my rotator cuff, a concussion and plenty of bumps and bruises. Since the driver had no insurance, I had no choice but to sue my own insurance carrier (State Farm) to ensure medical needs were met.
