Awful experience in camden Jamestown branch short Eastern European girl with glasses was sitting down on a stall scrolling through social media and didnt want to serve me so I left.. (6th Wednesday October 4:10pm). Anyone that gets served by this girl I really feel sorry for them. Very revolting girl! Quality control in employing staff has gone to zero.
Got food poisoning, made complaint, got ignored. Took them to court, they ignored the court. Got CCJ against them, they are still ignoring it. Next stage high court bailiffs. They love wasting money obviously.
Their customer service and complaints procedure is the worst ever
Very difficult, in fact it proved impossible to speak to their customer service department.
Web site seems to be set up to be deliberately obstructive.
It is a trend for large companies like this to make it difficult to contact them through traditional formats.
In the end I emailed the C.E.O. and that worked out OK, but completely unnecessary.
CHESHAM BRANCH - Could you kindly ask the lady s to consider cleaning the tables as and when customers leave rather than leaving them all filthy while sipping iced coffee behind the counter. In the current conditions barley coming out of a global pandemic, please can keeping your customers as safe as possible be a priority. You do provide cleaning tissues and spray which I will use in ALL instances, however it is the job of your staff surly? Also, Please ask them to only touch cutlery by its handle. Please please educate your staff, I m sorry but I will not be returning anytime soon. Thank you.
Cafe Nero's wouldn't even give it 1star absolutely disgusting all cafe Nero's are disgusting never clean toilets are all dirty no Matt which Nero's I go in never clean will be avoiding these places
