As much as I want to give a 5 star rating. The conversation with my loader keeps me from that. Basically it s an easy sign in easy dock. Doors closed tandems back get loaded fairly quickly. But I had to pull away from the dock and open my doors to secure my own load. BECAUSE HE DIDN T KNOW HOW TO USE THE STRAPS ON MY E-LOC TRACK!

I consider myself a cake connoisseur.... I would put any of your cakes up against any homemade cake and it would be a sure bet. I am addicted to your Pinenipple Coconut cake! But then I have not got around to all of your cakes.

I'm sure I have some proven recipes that will benefit Cafe valley bakery. I wish one day to be a baker myself because I'm a great connoisseur and such sweets maybe one day I'll be able to talk to the cafe valley bakery and get some more recipes out there.

I purchased a Banana Walnut Loaf cake (16oz) and was not sure if I should have purchased the Cinnamon + .... instead. The Loaf cake was delicious but I am sure it had no banana in it and more Cinnamon flavor that I would have expected. Maybe it had the wrong packaging on the Banana Loaf Cake? Not sure if there is any other complaints about this but I will say, the Loaf Cake was very good, but not a Banana Walnut Loaf Cake.

There is a reason why they cant keep people working there...if you are not part of the group you will be pushed out until you quit or get fired... If you dont know Spanish you are a minority and looked down upon...even when you call them out and try to complain HR does nothing...worthless management which equals worthless company...they are becoming desperate lately
