It has been better but has been bad again what is on the map is not what you get

There are too many cafes in the world that you need to visit Cafe Picasso!

Today I got the wok quite disguised as a soup.
Additionally grilled cutlery. Impossible to eat. The waiter would bring me a spoon. I had to raise it up for him and only got it when my friends half finished their food.
The food was still impossible to get up so I had to get up again and ask the inaccessible waiter to find someone who could guide me in how this dish would be eaten. He would take care of that. There never came anyone.
Then my friends were finished, I gave up my meal and we had to pay the bill.

I was allowed to pay for my almost unhealthy food and the bad service that came with.

(I got the rest in a doggy bag that I threw out because I would not risk it would flow into my car and thereby extend the bad experience)

Standard cafe food.
Got the tuna fish sandwich with some boring dry toast, capers and ferrets and salad. Tomatoes and cucumber had certainly seen better times. Good ferrets, with chili mayo.
The cleaning of the place is generally really bad, but especially the men's toilet bar of urine, and was very disgusting. Sweet and welcoming staff. First and last visit.

When we arrived and got a table, there is to start with NO PLATES, after a bit of waiting there are no tea spoons either ..
The toilet is untidy, not cleaned, no hand soap, no papers to dry hands in, there is an almost empty kitchen roll which is wet in one half, as it stands vertically on the table and has become wet from water, etc .. no leaks experience..
Head on the nail: since I have to pay for 2 brunch, it says on the menu that brunch incl. Coffee or tea and juice ad libitum it costs 139.- on the weekend per person. But is charged 149.- per person ..? I turn to him I have paid to, and only comment is: we have not corrected it ??? And turns his back and is in the process of charging money from the next customer ?????

What the f ..... is it for a customer service? And that is not a good message to send !!!

I got a flavorful burger, organic beer from Svaneke and a delicious black cup of coffee.
It is clear to see that the cafe has been given new management. Both quality and service are top notch. Will definitely come again!

The service is very poor at all points and the waiters are flabby. There are long waits and then the food is expensive compared to what it is.

Horrible, after 20 minutes they come with 1 of the items we ordered, the remaining 4 orders were sold out! (Cocoa and seafood juice)

Good food and wines for the price. The overall impression marred by begging for gratuity on card payments and irrelevant music in the room.

Experienced for the first time on Picasso a not satisfactory service, wrong price information on buffet that during the visit there was no coffee and milk available v. Buffen. The misinformation about the price ended in discussion and an annoying atmosphere of payment.

There is reasonably dirty and my napkin tucked on an old chewed piece of chewing gum. When I mentioned it to the young servant, the answer was 'oh okay'. We did not get the water we ordered, which is possibly to live with, even though it was noted on the order. But to be served a strawberry smoothie for DKK 45, which is just a kind of juice from a bottle in a glass with ice cubes, that is reasonably wasteful. The food was ok as such, but considering the really inadequate cleaning, I then fear for the hygiene in the kitchen. This is now the second time I have left there with a slightly bad experience, so we will not be coming again.

The Brinchen was just the standard delicious hotel breakfast. Otherwise everything was great

Waiter did not come to us at all. We sat down for 30 min talking. Then we went to the bar and asked for some attention. Food was just OK.

Food was not tasty at all. Room temperature was too low and toilets filthy.

It was an okay place. Nice service but the food was expensive.. For example the "club Sandwich" costed around 140kr and it was very small as you can see in the picture. I would suggest either increase the quantity or decrease the price. Cofees were ok. :)

Cozy place, mostly because of my company, but tournedos with seasonal greens were not exactly to my liking. A little bit, maybe 2 fried mushrooms in slices, might have expected more greens, a little small spicy potatoes they were ok And the tournedos steaks were ok. but with bread underneath I've never gotten before, totally misplaced, and pure cream sauce without taste. That was one's price. I will never order that again. And a Svaneke pilsner puha

A bad experience. Waited more than 35 minutes on a simple wokret, despite there were not many customers. Unfortunately, the female servants have ignored me every time and do not welcome me when I arrive. I have to address them myself every time. Unfortunately, the food is not tip top either. Too bad they have changed the brunch menu and removed the kid friendly crepe pancakes. When busy, service is lagging behind. But otherwise super cozy and nice that the toilet doesn't smell so bad anymore ....

Really boring food of poor quality. Our salad had a whole lake of water at the bottom, the cane of the salad was included and it was a shabby one at all. Practice. I will never come there again

Too much noise from the coffee maker, a waiter who spilled coffee on the lower body without apology, and an iced coffee that didn't taste good.

Very nice place to just grab a coffee and some cake. Go for the apple pie. Food is okay, but nothing to write home about.

Cozy . Good service, ok food. They use frozen and I think the mayo is also from the bucket and mixt with different herbs.

The burgers menu was ok. Unfortunately, the coffee was not warm enough when serving. (They are too busy. We also waited to place our order.) The sound in the room is miserable compared to an ordinary room. conversation togetherness. Good beer I must remember mention.

We enjoyed a really good shooting star, and got super good service. Unfortunately, the noise level is high due to poor acoustics.

A cozy place where you can sit outside even in late September due to patio heater.
