Located in the centre of Rotterdam, can be a bit crowded sometimes, but usually you're able to have a conversation quite comfortably.

A nice cafe with a quiet garden terrace. The front outside doesn't look that appealing but it's definitely worth a try.

Good food for a great price. Can sometimes be busy depending on the theater. Nice courtyard.

Business-friendly pub restaurant. The atmosphere is okay. Service is quickly gone and make way for the next customer.

Great place to sit outside in the garden. But I have never been served such bad food! Suckling pig chops were undercooked, the blood was still on it !!! The second round was even worse, they seemed cooked and there was a strange taste. The service took it well, I got a salad as compensation, unfortunately ........ it was sooooo sour !! Sour beets and sour apple, you don't make that up.
Too bad because I had heard good reports. Perhaps the cook was not having his or her day or it was too hot ??

Limited menu, messy service, could not answer the questions about the dishes because they were "new".

Main course puff pastry was very little. High price for what you get. The coffee is very good. The service was good too.

You can enjoy a delicious lunch at Floor. It is as good as going to the theater, so a perfect location for dinner. I'm a fan of the warm goat cheese sandwich, really delicious! Surprising combination with pesto and arugula. Very tasty! I have lunch here regularly.

Nice place in Rotterdam next to the theater and the cinema. A household name in Rotterdam and nice for a drink in the evening, but in terms of lunch and coffee I found it very solid and not very exciting.

Delicious eaten for two. Every course was tasty beyond expectations. There is a wide choice of beer and wine. We were helped quickly and were able to start eating quite quickly.

Yesterday while shopping made a stop to have a drink. After 15 min a grumpy waitress came and took our drinks. I propose to hire people who also enjoy working in the hospitality industry. I almost felt guilty coming over for a drink. The sauvignon blanc I ordered was very tasty.

As someone else mentioned, nice to get a drink before heading towards the cinema. Service for me was quick and attentive. Wasn't always like this in previous visits. Seems to matter where you sit down (recommend near window at front).

Nice location and tasty dishes! When you are inside you immediately feel lost in the busy city and the staff are very friendly!

A relief when you are looking for a place where you can eat relaxed gluten-free.
No extensive menu with gluten-free products, but gluten-free bread and the willingness and knowledge to serve other dishes gluten-free.
Thank you very much, my daughter was super happy with her Dutch shrimp with bread.

I have been at Cafe Floor serveral times. It is one of my favorite places to eat. The last time I went there at dinner time, but I didn't have so much appetite to have an extensive dinner, so I ask if it was possible to order my favorite lunch menu "Vis twaalfuurtje". I was happily surprised it was possible to order this delicious menu. The staff and management have good feeling of hospitality.

Sit in the garden with warm weather and an iced coffee :)

Super service. The ministry started to lend its own playing cards when we had to spend some time (due to an appointment hour later).
Large space both full and less full of cozy.

Great eatery. With nice weather you can also relax in the courtyard.

Operation attentive. Little choice in menu. Food moderate. Some dishes were clearly from the microwave. Good coffee also caffeine free.

Service is ok but all the dishes tasted very mediocre and looked like the kitchen staff had chosen the easy way out. We didn't finish any of the tapas choices, and the buffalo mozarella was actually a salad for which you need binoculars to discover the mozarella in between an overload of boring salad leaves

Nice tent but takes a long time before someone comes with your cup of coffee.

Great place to meet up for a couple, or with a group of colleagues. The shrimp with chili mayo snacks are a must. They also have a wonderful garden to sit on.

The place to be for a nice beer or coffee after the cinema is very nice

Pricey but lovely cocktail. Their Pinot Grigio is also a winner on a hot spring day. Please note there is a patio in the back with many spaces, with- and without shadow. Atmosphere here has never been bad!

Soup was served cold twice. Hard pieces were in and the cheese gratin was not a cheese gratin. The service girl was very friendly!

The cocktail unfortunately missed the bubbles (despite the prosecco and sparkling water it contains). The bitterballen were good again.
For the rest, the service was ok. However, they did not come very often.
And the toilet was dirty (floor was wet / sticky).

Very nice place in the center with beautiful terrace. You can chill out and professional service.

Location, location, location! This is a fine place for a borrel or a tea, and perfectly situated for culture-and-film lovers. Perfectly adequate food. A staff capable of not making eye contact for up to a decade. And there's a very nice terrace in the back to enjoy during good weather, a hidden gem.

Really nice place, I give only 4 stars, because I ve ordered a thick hot chocolate and they gave me cocoa milk. Mojito was pretty ok. This place is nice, especially in the evening, they have a lovely garden where you can spend hours taking with friends.
