Café restaurant Floor Review

Fine food, great service. However, seats are very tight and close together.

Today we visited Cafe Restaurant Floor for the last time, which is a shame because it was a place we would like to visit. Tonight we wanted to give it another chance after an earlier negative experience. The young man and the girl from the ministry were friendly and we actually had a place by the window. The wine was good and the food was terrible. The asparagus soup looked like yellow string, thick, salty and floury. After we had made a remark about it, much later the young man from the ministry came to tell us that we were right. They had forgotten to dilute the soup with water the asparagus was limp and half cold, the meat a hard piece and the salmon I will not discuss further. We paid 71 euros. For the flour bowl of soup no gesture we had to make do with us right ... Really a waste of our money! Too bad restaurant Floor, you have such a unique location, it's a shame that the quality of your food doesn't match that

It's a very convenient place to eat or have drinks with friends before heading to a concert in the Doelen or watching a movie at Pathe.

Great atmosphere, excellent food and pleasant service

The menu is priceless, and it is very expensive for the food it offers. It is inconceivable that neither abroad (as they have the letter exposed) or when they give it to you inside have prices, result 90 euros for a dinner with Pepsi of 20cl. The food is correct but not for a lunch entree to cost 20.

In recent years, eating here has been getting better and better. Original and often changing card, good products. The garden is very nice in good weather. The staff is top! In short, an ideal place for lunch, drinks or food for the performance in the theater.

I asked the bartender to give my number that I wrote down on a coaster to a cute guy in the cafe because I was too afraid to walk up to him and a day later I came back to ask if he had given it and he just casually said no like it was not a big deal. Now I might ve missed the love of my life. Rude, sad and maybe even homophobic.

It is a spaciouse cafeteria place located right in the city center of Rotterdam. Suitable both for informal meetings and as a work space.

Delicious dishes, nice personal service and not too casual or formal. Highly recommended to definitely go and eat and don't forget to take the old cheese cheesecake for dessert!

Perhaps because it is Boxing Day but twice incredibly grumpy service.

The only restaurant wit a private garden

My husband and I love to come here, because it, as far as I know, is the only restaurant in the city center that has a private garden. By private I mean that you can only access their garden via the restaurant. It's also 'quiet' there, like if you are actually in a park. So you can escape the city center here and relaxe a bit. The food is ok, not bad, not super special. Their menu changes every once and while.
My recommendation would be to come in the nice summer evenings.
