Caesars Hotel/Casino Atlantic City Review

For all the money you spend for a night the furniture was damaged in our first room then they moved us to another which was better but they charged us a extra 90 bucks

Nice rooms with plenty of options. Though it can be confusing to get between towers. Good options for food and casino inside and right on the boardwalk. Also an easy walk to the convention center.

Perfect location for the convention center. Room was clean and neat. Service was very good.

My husband and I had the most uncomfortable situation today. We were resting after being out for a while. Security knocked on our door for a daily room check. Something I ve never heard of. One security guard came in our room and dialed something on the phone and the other stayed by the door in the hall. I called the front desk and was told, oh yeah, they check the rooms if you re staying more than 48 hours. We didn t realize what was going on until we decided to go out again. Apparently someone was smoking marijuana and apparently they thought is was us. We smelled in the hallway when we went out again. We are still baffled with this situation. We ve never been through anything like this before

Stood @ Bally's Casino. Did not like the breakfast buffet. Caesar dinner buffet was wonderful. Will stay at either again.

Lost money at blackjack. 10/10 would lose money again.

They keep their games updated and still have some of the older ones around if that's the kind you like. If you join their rewards program you may be offered many multiple stays at no charge. Restaurants and bars available as well as retail shops in the building and the boardwalk is right there so a walk on the beach or a trip to go see some other retail stores can be on your itinerary.

Attended an event. Place looked clean and parking garage had ample parking.

I wasn t pleased with the room and it didn t have anything in it other than the twin beds and a tv. There room wasn t properly cleaned and I doubt if I ll ever return there. First impression was a terrible experience. The location and entertainment gave it two stars. That s it!

Pretty big and nice casino. Had fun. Right on boardwalk so that's convenient.

Arguably one of the best hotel casinos in AC. Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Awesome food choices. Highly recommend KWI for dinner. Rooms are very nice.

The atmosphere and people were so nice and friendly! It was clean and nice facility!! The areas were well guarded and well watched so no funny business took place! Very safe ans and clean!!

Ate at Gordon Ramsey pub. The sea bass tasted rotten and was over cooked. The mint a pea risotto tasted like a Yankee candle. It's another over priced tourist trap don't fall for it.

The room was clean and spacious. But room service was over priced and had a long wait.

Went to gamble on a Wednesday and there weren't many open tables understandably in off peak season, but they were mostly in a smoking section so we left shortly.

We went for food, not gambling, the food was great.

Everything there was fabulous, the rooms were clean and the service was impeccable I would definitely visit there again

Clean, Fun Time on a July 4th weekend at the casino!

The supervisor, Jason needs a new job. Way too young for a supervising roll, unprofessional and lacked the ability to accommodate a guest whatsoever. I will not go back because of him.

Caesar's Palace in Atlantic City is a five-star hotel even in the winter the rooms are beautiful the service is great the staff is fantastic I would recommend it to anybody during any season

Make money !! Easy to make money compared to others.

The architecture is great. The establishment is very clean and it is what you would really expect from a casino.

This is by far the best casino on the boardwalk as of right now. They have kept themselves updated and relevant. The restaurants are fantastic and being connected to the pier shops helps as well. We usually go there for the spa because as far as we have found there isn t any on the boardwalk that can compare. Would definitely recommend looking into the Groupon s for qua spa as they put them out often and it is a great deal!

Nice casino and bar. Can be a little quiet during the weekdays but that's expected.

Typical casino atmosphere. Great table games, complimentary drinks while gambling. There is also plenty of shopping around, but that's not really my thing.

Room was clean everyone was kind, the layout took a little to get use to. My room N forum seemed to be located near street entrance,so it took a few turns to get to the board walk

I like the buffet very much. A little bit of everything. Food is fresh and not just sitting there. Our waiter a very sweet Asian man also played his violin and we gave him a good tip.

Clean and aesthetic to the eyes. Every thing was nice with the exception of the smoking areas on the casino floor.

They took triple my money. Things their website states isn't true. Just called the Front desk and basically told to text a number. I'm so irked! Never has my stay been so disappointing!

The table limits are min 15$ for card games and 25$ for Bacarrat. All the casinos here suck, Vegas is recommended for all kinds. The drinks server ignored to serve water twice, which was weird.

Overall very good. Good ambiance, good food, lots of games, and lots of stuff to do.

Still one of the best places you can stay on the water. Not as new as some of the other casinos and needs a little bit of update but still solid

A very enjoyable experience all around, although not my favorite when visiting Atlantic City.

Expensive rooms, then add the nightly fees and it's even worse! I love AC, but not enough for those prices! Even when they send me promo rates it's a bit much; a $69 room ends up at $120 after fees & taxes, then add more if you're driving and parking there. I love that they're located in the middle of the strip, but I'll stick to Tropicana!

The buffer was good and I did most of my gambling there

I enjoy staying at Caesar's not the best casino around but still pretty nice. I gave them an extra star simply because their table games staff are more helpful here than other places , if you want to learn craps or the rules of other games they are patient and will help you along the way if it's not too crowded so if your looking to learn and practice playing table games I would say come here at a good time and someone will probably help you if you ask. They have cheaper tables $10 minimum which is great when your learning. Reasonable selections of slots every time I go they have something new and they usually are very good with sending comp rooms. I also prefer their buffet over some of the other casinos . They will send you free buffets as comps very often and the food is pretty good, they have a great carving station and won't rush you out if you go back for seconds. The rooms are pretty good here haven't had any issues and if you win $1000 they usually will try to get you to stay for free an extra night.

The breakfast is not included. You have to pay for everything, you have to pay for the pool even if you did pay a resort fee of 27$ per night!
The customer service was horrible.

Food options aren't great at Caesars, particularly if you're looking for something inexpensive. Ended up going to the Continental across from Caesars for a unique atmosphere and good food.

Walking through the hotel - noticed spots where it's showing how run down it's getting. Water stains in ceiling, dirty shower glass door, housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum. I'm a non-smoker and husband is a smoker but we both left after a few nights with itchy watery eyes and scratchy throat from all the smoke in this old casino. Time for a renovation. Restaurants are nice. Spa hours are too short, and you have to pay for a service in order to even enjoy the steam rooms, etc. Gym is nice, but you have to go through the spa to get to it. Nice gift shops but VERY pricey!

Very nice for an older casino. Very friendly and helpful staff.
