Gordon Ramsey restaurant was fantastic, and the service outstanding

Hotel and casino.. as balli's too is nice..but cleaners and some counter guys, restaurant etc.are highly corrupted..ask me why..

Great, each room has a mini fridge and coffee maker.

Went to the tazza deliciozo, good food but a little pricey.

We were staying at another hotel but wanted to check out Ceasers. Its beautifully decorated, we felt safe, it is very clean, the guests were more upscale and dressed nicely. The casino was GREAT! We will be staying here next time.

We had a terrible initial experience where we had a mouse in our room. When I asked for an upgrade for this experience I was told that they didn't have any inventory to allow that. After that call I went online and saw rooms were available and they told me that the website was wrong. Then we were downstairs and I overheard upgrades being offered to guests checking in and when I asked about that they said that they do have the rooms available but their system won't allow them to do an upgrade for more than one night.

I understand that incidents happen and would have understood if they were simply saying that they did not want to upgrade me based on policy. But being lied to multiple times does not make me want to come back.

One of my favorite spots to go when in A.C. Staff is very friendly and food is amazing. I only wish there was more control of the outside crowd that comes in off the boardwalk to use the restrooms.

No issues on my visit except the food options are weak. But that exists all over the boardwalk.

Its a good place to stay. Although it should have a children place for kids to play so we could be occupied.so I will give it 4 stars

Caesars is a nice clean casino with a great location! The only downside to the casino is they don't switch out new slot machines often and they don't have a poker room open anymore.

I like Caesars. Always have a good time there. I just wish all of these casino realized that the average blackjack player is afraid to play at a $10.00 table, but could learn at a $5.00 table. Bring back the fun for the average person.

Great hotel! Nice amenities, casino, clean rooms, great restaurants, nice shopping, and nice staff! The only problem was, you have to be 21 to use their gym and I don t agree with that.

Great rooms with a lot of space. Casino is easy to access and the staff was very helpful.

Located at prime location in Atlantic city next to the beach Caesars is a great place to visit in Atlantic City and great for hotel stay, dining and casino. Buffet restaurant is also good with several choices of food to select from. Staff are very helpful and do provide good service. Overall a great place.

My room had a view of the front desk. Although I didn't have to walk far to get to my room it would have been nice to have a view.

Employees are extremely helpful and nice. Environment is clean and visually appealing. However, need more quarter and fifty cent machines in the smoking area.

Overall, a fine casino. The food is overpriced and not great. Casino is fine, though not the best around by any means. The rooms are pretty nice though and very affordable. I would certainly recommend staying here, as you have all the options of the boardwalk for some of the best prices around.

Not so impressive. Old, have smell. At first I thought it was just issue with this location. But j paid a visit to Las Vegas recently. And my stay at the Caesar Palace there is even worse. Something is very wrong with Caesars.

Room is well lit, smells fresh and clean. Refrigerator included, no microwave. Firm clean sleeping mattress. Bathroom has a clean shower, an exhaust fan, and adequate linen and towels. Excellent, friendly room service staff. Security is bothersome asking ID quite a few times while playing inside the casino. One security personnel didn't believe my ID, actually kept harrassing me, and told me to get up while I have money in play. Really? (Typical Security Response: we are just doing our job). Overall would've been a 5 star experience if it wasn't for security trying to get a promotion or kudos. Caesars is on the boardwalk which provides more options to play at other Casinos.
