I don't agree what Navin Sharma mentioned... I am also staying in the similar apartment for last two years.. I really appreciate CACS technical support team for their timely support. Because of them we have not suffered when the motor failed due to the bad maintenance done by the earlier agency.

This company are very nice management and services and all employees /employers supporting very nice

I am from Urban Forest Apartment. I can tell you that they don't deserve any more than 1 star. Such poor management service. They keep doing the same mistakes again and again and residents are made to suffer both mentally and financially. Pathetic service with an ameture team who have no clue how to manage residential properties.
