Great club and resort has many features and lots is restaurants. It has an adults only pool good place for some quiet time. So big first night I got lost finding my room . Close to the beach.

Nice view, clean air, good vibes, reasonable price

We had a family holiday at Cable Beach Resort, the location, service, food and overall experience was great, we needed to change rooms and Declan at the front counter was very helpful- I recommend the resort to anyone that like an awesome beach and relaxing holidy

CORRECTION : only had drinks here. The following review is for the Billi. Don't understand how this happened .... Great , very private, accommodation set in pretty grounds. Quiet, but then it is the rainy season. Super pool although there is no shallow area for younger "non swimmer" kids. Lots of cute frogs and lizards come visiting at night time. Gathering to get the insects attracted by the lights.

Enjoyable relaxing friendly professional staff great location

Atmosphere is great. Meal is well presented and enjoyable. Well worth a visit.

Went to the Japanese restaurant here zensai. Unfortunately on arrival the bathrooms were filthy. No toilet paper only on the floor .Advised there was a function earlier. A cleaner did come about an hour later. But I think it should have been done before guests arrived.. the food was nothing special we had the 5 course menu. It was ok but for $75 pp it should be amazing. The sashimi had a sinew through more than one piece. We eat at a small Japanese restaurant in leichhardt called raiken and believe the bento boxes for a lot less money have better flavour. The staff were great. Hate leaving bad review but have to be honest. For a $230 night out I feel really disappointed

I am hugely disappointed I flew from Spain for a 4 day holiday in Broome. I have stayed in 3.5 star hotels better than this. Google search states this is a 5 star luxury hotel but I am now informed that is wrong.... (However it was added there by a staff of the hotel) Either way, even at 4.5 star I am not impressed.

I'm calling this a 3 star. Many of the staff here shouldn't even be working in a hostel as even budget travelers would expect more! Some of the pool staff at the adult pool are HOPELESS! Lounge chairs had bird poop on them and not one of the staff bothered to clean it, also they stood around chatting instead of serving us, waiting over 15 minutes at a quiet time. We were told the reason I couldn't connect to WIFI as it was a WIFI free zone, and there was WIFI next door but I am not allowed to use it.

Also - I kept being interrupted in my room by different staff after informing front desk of my requests all of which didn't require a person to attend my room, front desk should have already informed the other staff. There was also rubbish down the walk ways - old rope, thread balls from towels.... just on the ground outside my room. As well as all railing being dirty and dusty.

We also were never informed on the departure process, and it was only by luck I found out to book my place on a bus to the airport.
A few of the grill staff were wonderful, but after so many bad things in only 4 days I will say I had a terribly disappointing experience. Then to top it off I was told that finding and training staff is hard which is why I got bad service, which is not my problem and if it's so hard don't call yourself a "Luxury" hotel.

I was also informed (by someone outside the hotel) they raised their prices due to renovations. Yet room showers are bad and the room internet is slower than dialup (which is one of the only places you can use the internet in the resort"!

The on duty manager, once she realised the seriousness of my disappointment and one of the ladies did try to apologise, however the harm was done. I don't recommend this place if you are use to quality and good experiences and pleasant and well functioning assistance.

So beautiful, and near the sea made me feel close to home in the cape York , as my community is close to the sea as well so yes i enjoyed staying there during a great week of conference.

Amazing service - best place to go in Broome if you have children

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Beautiful resort, gorgeous views across a white sandy beach to a clear blue ocean, and most of all, resort staff who are professional and attentive.
We have travelled to many 5 star resorts around the world and Cable Beach Club Resort is as good as any we've been to, right here in Western Australia.
We didn't think we'd be able to have that remote resort feeling for a while because of travel restrictions, but staying here was like being at one of the world's luxury beach resorts.
A big thanks to Stuart and his obviously well-trained team for making our holiday so perfect.

If u love enjoying beautiful sunsets,relaxed atmosphere, good food and a glass of wine or beer. Then u will love this place.

The rooms are aging especially the bungalows. Great location but the whole place is built like a maze.

A truly beautiful property with stunning oriental decor in Reception. Large rooms, quality furniture and fittings. Exceptional gardens and landscaping. Wonderful food (though limited options because of COVID-19 hygiene issues). Bus stop over the road into Broome, Cable Beach is across the road. This is our third stay and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful resort with 100% positive customer service. We unfortunately had to leave a day early due to a medical emergency with family back home. The staff were understanding and provided support when we needed it. Thank you so much.

Fantastic cable beach resort over Xmas break totally de stressed

Big resort located on famous cable beach in broome western Australia.
It boasts 2 pools and 1 adults only.
Enjoy a cold drinks near pool.
Several restaurants including the sunset bar.
Come sit watch the beautiful broome sunset.
Well worth it.

Simple layout, very clean and pretty. Staff are great. Facilities are very good. Eateries within the complex are high quality. Broome is expensive, so enjoy it rather than pay for something you dont enjoy.

The last night spent our trip here and were thoroughly satisfied. To walk through the area is pure relaxation. The catwalks over the water with the water lilies just beautiful.

Views, beers and the most amazing sunset in the world.

This is an awesome place with a great location, probably the best location in Broome. The Staff are great and so is the food. Unbelievable sunsets to be seen. The Resort itself is quite a bit pricey, so probably good for a short stay only. In this comment, I speak for myself when it comes to affordability.

All you need, cool BBQ area, friendly stuff, plenty of space, modern infrastructure and good wifi.

Probably the best resort in Broome. Even if you aren't staying here, a visit to one of its restaurants is well worth the visit. You can catch a beautiful sunset while eating some great food.

Visited for the day spa and then drinks for sunset. Wife loved the spa and the family loved our time at the restaurant. Perfect location in broome to view the sunset.

Amazing location, short walk from the beach. Great facilities for families including a water playground! Day Spa was lovely and serene.
A couple of slight changes were noticed in the studios with the removal of the clock radios and facilities compendium, the new tv system with on demand movies was a welcome addition.

Amazing Steak and Service in the restaurant. The bar outside is nice for sunset as well.

Had an absolutely amazing meal at Chiceti . Great service and awesome food , the cocktails weren't too bad either .

Cocktails are very average, but you can't beat the view and vibe. Cheese platter is good value.

Amazing! Fantastic sunset views, outstanding customer service and great choices for breakfast. Had the garden view with verandah room, and loved watching the wildlife each morning, then enjoying an avo swim with a Matsos brewery ginger beer.

Great rooms but you can hear your neighbours. Most food expensive.

Beautiful hotel and rooms (a little dated though), sunset bar and grill has stunning views and food, perfect place to relax, not the most inexpensive though.

Sunset over Cable Beach is one to remember when seeing the renowned camels walking along the beach. Enjoy cocktails as the sun sets over the Indian Ocean.

A nice resort that has everything you need within the resort. It is the dominant establishment in the area so not easy to visit friends staying in accommodation nearby

Italian restaurant was exceptional. Notable wine list of only the best in Aust and NZ. Food was fine dining standard.

Would highly recommend resort for a stay in Broome.

Expensive with some of the restaurants being quite noisy but, as you'd expect, the service is first class.

Wonderfully kept gardens and facilities, great getaway for young adults

Amazing spot do not need to leave the resort as it has five eating houses , two pools , right on the beach at Cable Beach so good for walk along the beach in the morning. Staff are very helpfull and friendly and always their to help and assist you. Will go back again and again.

What a great spot!

The accessibility to Cable Beach can t be beat. Loved the camels coming by at night and even went for a sunset ride! Amazing!

we spent most of our time at the adult pool where the supervisor could do with some helpers as bottles and glasses were quite often left overnight. The family pool was pristine.

Stayed 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see and do in this little town.

Cable Beach Resort is the standard by which all other resorts or hotels in Broome are measured. The resort is very well designed with ample amenities. The staff is so friendly and willing to help. House keeping does not miss a beat. The spa, pools and restaurants are fantastic. I cannot say enough about the food. The options are plentiful and the flavors oh so delicious. From simple to exquisite, there is no shortage of great food. The breakfast buffet is ridiculous. It does not get old. The beach is huge and not over populated. If you are traveling to Broome, this resort should be on your radar.

Amazing location overlooking the beautiful cable Beach, staff have been fantastic looking after us, upgrading our room and complementary bottle of bubbles on arrival. Rooms are really great and traditional Broome styling with dark wood and corrugated metal

Hard to fault. Ideal location on cable beach. Friendly helpful staff. Nice touches like beach towels use of resort after check out. Nice pools.
Garden room comfy clean but not much time spent inside. Cichetti restaurant very good.

Beautiful place. Excellent for families as it has a big family pool, mini golf, playground, and a small water play area. 4 restaurants are located on the premises and Kichi Kichi serves amazing Asian cuisine at poolside. Friendly staff too.

nice than i had expected, very clean, great to have an adults pool, although we did seem to have picked a time with an influx of fifo's who did seem to enjoy a few too many drinks.
the room was clean, bed was hard, not firm. hard. and old. aircond struggled on the last day when we passed 40 degrees.
breakfast was ok, ive had better, and ive had worse. Maitre d' at dinner seemed to make things far more difficult than they needed to be to justify his job. we had to sit one table over to be served at the front bar because the table we were going to sit at had a different menu. the place was empty and the order from the bar got cooked in the same kitchen.
he attempted to make himself look busy doing nothing the rest of time we ate.
im also left wondering why the place has no solar power, so much empty roof space, so many air conditioners, so much sun, and not a panel in site. i guess all the profit goes to the owners Cayman Islands account.
