My daughter go married here, cant fault the staff or the grounds however the cabin she was in was very hot even with the aircon on. Very poor designed units.

Ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the ambiance. Prices are steep though, which comes with the territory. Not a lot of flavor.

Great location next to beach. Excellent tropical resort dining. Extensive grounds. Traditional mahogany furniture. Relaxed dining.

We ve just visited here in the low season and loved the fact that it was wonderfully quiet. Guest numbers seemed very low so most days we had the adults only pool pretty much to ourselves. Our room was on the ground floor in the Eucalyptus wing which meant that we were able to walk straight out from our decking to the poolside which was great. The Sunset Bar looks out towards the iconic Cable Beach and is the best place to sit and relax in the evening to see the famous camels returning from their sunset walk. Food at the bar there is good and portions were generous to say the least! Everywhere was very clean, staff very friendly- we couldn t fault anything. However I imagine that staying here in high season may be a different matter entirely so my advice would be to go Low!

Zensai Restaurant is without doubt a 5 star restaurant. Host Mr & Mrs Newman are just the best Restaurant Managers you could wish to find. 5 star plus for service. Food (first time ) just perfect. A lovely night with very good service and just wonderful hosts.
